Today is the first day of the rest of your life, so why not pause your busy body and mind, you’re going and coming; go into your prayer closet and pour your heart out before God as you consider your life and where you are in it this day.  God is in the prayer answering busy and He wants to answer your prayers and show you how you can live a joyful, peaceful, and prosper in all you do.

Let’s consider life and how we may see it.

Every individual is entitled to their own opinion and or belief; no matter what, we all believe in something or someone. The Holy Bible, the written Word of God is studied and shared throughout the world. In it you find instructions for living life filled with hopes and dreams for all humanity, as well as wisdom teachings.

Let’s consider life:

When we take time to explore scripture, pray first and ask for revelation and understanding; you’ll find that when you do so in a quiet place the Word opens up and you’re able to grasp the true meaning of how life is a blessing from God, a blessing to be enjoyed and shared.  Remember Jesus’ teaching about the value and importance of love for each other. Once we are able to grasp the true definition of how that love operates we come into a deeper understanding about life.

Let’s consider life:

The book of Ecclesiastes provides us with a glimpse into the reality of this earthly journey. Once you’ve immerse yourself into the reading you’ll soon gain an understanding of our delicate nature. We are encouraged to make the most of what God gives; Life.  Advice such as, take care of yourself, have a good time and make the most of  whatever life you are privileged to share. We should make the most of what God gives, both the bounty and the capacity to enjoy it, accepting what’s given and delighting in the work. It is “God’s” gift in the present, the now. It’s useless to brood over how long we might live. Jesus says he came so that we might have life, an abundant life. When we consider life, are we ourselves restricting the flow of God’s blessings designed especially for each one of us in due season?  We work to feed our appetites; meanwhile our souls go hungry.

Let’s consider life:

We are reminded in scripture; don’t fret or worry; instead pray–let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayer, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life (Philippians 4:5-7 MGS).

So when we consider life and become familiar with the process of how faith works we are able to experience growth in all areas of our lives, because we have a true friend in Jesus who promised to meet all our needs. He even lets us know how to approach the process, “Ask, and it shall be given; seek and you shall find; knock and the door will open for you”(Matthew 7:7 KJV). Unlock your door, open wide and receive the promise  by opening the Word of God and applying the teachings found there as you journey and live in your purpose. Let’s consider life and become a part of the pattern laid out by our Master Jesus.

FAITH AND DOUBT CANNOT LIVE IN THE SAME HOUSE

Faith and Doubt the optimist and the pessimist

My Brothers and Sisters, I encourage you this day to learn how to live and walk in faith.  Stop allowing faith to be a word that you use to try and convince others about your faith when your actions speaks with a different mindset, because truly I say to you this day, “FAITH AND DOUBT CANNOT LIVE IN THE SAME HOUSE!”

Here is what James, the brother of Jesus tells us about Faith and Doubt; he says, “Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.”

 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts, is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind. For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. (James 1:2-8 ESV)

THE TIME IS NOW TO EXAMINE YOUR ENERGY FIELD

OUR GOAL IS TO LISTEN AND LEARN WHAT THE ENERGY SOURCE IS COMMUNICATING TO US:

 I can do all things through him who strengthens me. (Philippians 4:13 ESV)

 When is the last time you missed out in EXAMINING YOUR ENERGY FIELD?  Your ENERGY FIELD should be connecting at all points and at all times, of-course the unexpected will happen usually when least expected. So if our lives are going to be connected to the ENERGY SOURCE we must be on watch for interruptions, disconnect and/or total blackout; examining your ENERGY FIELD allows space for tune-ups and recharging.

 Keep vigilant watch over your heart, it’s where life starts, avoid gossip and evil ; you will soon learn that those who take to gossip causes much trouble, they’re restless and constantly seeking ways to make other’s lives miserable by doing so, one may ask the question, are you taking time and opportunity to examine  your ENERGY FIELD? When saying and doing things that causes others harm, in some way you’ve allowed yourself to venture off course.

Keep your eyes straight ahead, ignore those tactics that can cause you to lose focus of the source that gives your life sustaining ENERGY; EXAMINING YOUR ENERGY FIELD helps you to realize you need to refocus and get back on course. In your journey, watch your step, the road will stretch out smooth before you and keep you on course.

Now many may wonder, “WHAT IS AN ENERGY FIELD?” It’s the interconnection between your SPIRIT and GOD’S SPIRIT that dwell in your earthly body. The difference is, God is the giver and sustainer of life, so he knows when we break from him, and he watches over us. We are given the opportunity to reconnect and fill our SPIRITS with the GOD given light, the choice is ours.

WORDS OF WISDOM give directions for life, words that encourages you to consider the importance of EXAMINING YOUR ENERGY FIELD. Gods’ words are like a beam of light on a dark path, when we commit our way to him. Ponder his teachings, watch your step and avoid detours by living in obedience and respect for God; learn to live life in expectancy. Keep God’s words close to your heart, follow his instructions and live in freedom of grace. By EXAMINING YOUR ENERGY FIELD you are in constant awareness when default occurs.

Many would like to know the MIND OF GOD and how it works, but that is the beauty of the mystery, the source of all ENERGY FIELDS, he designed it that way before human nature came into existence. He is the source of power and strength that alone should encourage our hearts when we feel lost or disconnected.  Examining your ENERGY FIELD helps you be reminded that there is a “STATION” for repairing and replenishing so why not tap into the source? Are you looking for blessings, fulfillment, and joy, peace of mind, strength and power? Tap into the SOURCE, you will find that by taking time to EXAMINE YOUR ENERGY FIELD, you’ll find the place to reconnect, thus reap the benefits.

God is the maker and creator of all elements of the universe and is the point of all existence; therefore, taking time to get to know the source gives each of us a chance to share in “all” he has to offer. We are able to relate to each other because we are connected in such a way that in a human state we are not able to understand the magnificent gifts of all we are blessed to share.

He launches his promises earthward–how swift they are to come! He spreads snow like a white fleece, he scatters frost like ashes; he broadcast hail like birdseeds–who can survive his winter! Then he gives the command and it all melts; he breathes on winter–suddenly its spring! (Psalm 147:12-18, MGS). The awesome power of God is at work, at all times.

Now I encourage you to think deeply on these things, for they are truly the mysteries of God that opens the doors that connects us to the source of all Energy in the Universe.  We live in the present and the oneness of all that God provides for us to gather unto ourselves at any moment in time.  Then He allows us to use our deep imagination to travel through space in time powered by the greatest Energy Source ever known to man.  When we take the time to fully engage our Minds with the Spirit that lives within, we are re-connecting and re-powering our fuel cells with the Energy Source that no man can give to us.

Know that you and I are marvelous made and we function in this Universe as Energy, because God made us that way.  However, in order for our bodies and minds to always function at the highest level possible at all times, you and I must take time to RE-EXAMINING OUR ENERGY FIELD!  Now listen to what the word of God says, “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might.” (Ephesians 6:10 ESV)

YOU HAVE THE POWER TO TRANSFORM YOUR DREAMS INTO REALITY

Throughout this year we have discussed with you many times the word “transformation.”  We have done so because we realized early on as we begin this teaching ministry that in order for us to be successful at what we were doing, we to needed to be in the flow of the transformation process. 

We have learned a great deal from your many wonderful comments, and as we continue into 2012, we will apply the knowledge and understanding we gleamed from your thoughts and apply them to our teaching methods in hopes that many more of you will gain some valuable lessons from what is being taught here.

The subject of this lesson is:  “YOU HAVE THE POWER TO TRANSFORM YOUR DREAMS INTO REALITY.”  The very first thought in many of your minds will be doubt.  Saying, I don’t have any power.  Others have the power, but I am powerless to transform a single dream I have ever had into reality.  That is truly the kind of negative thinking that hinders you from becoming the genius that God destiny you to become from the very beginning of time.  Now let me encourage you to pause your reading right here for a moment and watch this short video clip as it helps to further engage your mind with great thoughts of manifesting your dreams into reality.  Please continue reading on the other side of this video clip.  After you have completed this message, do not forget to click on the share button and share it on your social networking page as well as with friends and family.

Let us understand this one very important thing in our lives, and that is, our negative thoughts are the seeds we plant in our minds that begins the process of creating lack, poverty and all the things that we have dreamed of having, but have not been able to obtain in our lives thus far.

When your thoughts are always centered on the negative side of life, you set up the conditions which correspondence with the predominant mental attitude in your mind.  Therefore, if we fear disaster, as fear is a powerful form of thought, disaster will be the certain result of our thinking.  It is this form of thought which frequently sweeps away the result of many years of toil and effort.

However, if we begin the process of planting positive seeds in our mind instead of the negative ones and begin to think of some form of material wealth, the results will be that it will show up at the time and place it is most needed.  By concentrated thought the required conditions will be brought about, and the proper effort put forth, which will result in bringing about the circumstances necessary to realize our desires; but we often find that when we secure the things we thought we wanted, they do not have the effect we expected.  That is, the satisfaction is only temporary, or possibly is the reverse of what we expected.

This condition is because, we lack the knowledge of the power and where that power derives from.  Know that God is the source of all power that we have within our physical bodies and spiritual minds.  Therefore, we must learn to lean and depend on God when we are face with the difficult task of the transformation process.  Listen to what God tells us to do, He says, “ Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, fenced in and hidden, which you do not know (do not distinguish and recognize, have knowledge of and understand).  (Jeremiah 33:3).

When you are ready to put your trust in God, the power of transformation will show up on your front door step.  The power to make this happen is already within you.  God gave this power to you from the very beginning of time.  So when you say you are powerless to make your dreams become a reality, think on this, “Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He will give you the desires and secret petitions of your heart.  Commit your way to the Lord [roll and repose each care of your load on Him]; trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) also in Him and He will bring it to pass.  (Psalms 37:4-5 AMP).

We must transform our thinking in order to realize our dreams.  The old orthodox way of thinking was to be “a worm,” to be satisfied with our portion whatever it is; but the modern idea is to know that we are entitled to the best of everything, that the “Father and I are one” and that the “Father” is the UNIVERSAL MIND, the CREATOR, the ORIGINAL SUBSTANCE from which all things proceed.

Now admitting that to transform your thinking from the negative to the positive and it has been taught to us for more than two thousand years, and it is the essence of every system of Philosophy or Religion, then how are we to make it practical in our lives?  How are we to go get the actual, tangible results here and now that will make our dreams become a reality?

First, let us begin by putting our knowledge into practice.  Nothing can be accomplished in any other way.

The athlete may read books and lessons on physical training all his life, but unless he begins to give out strength by actual work he will never receive any strength; he will eventually get exactly what he gives; but he will have to give it first.  It is exactly the same with us; we will get exactly what we give, but we shall have to give it first.  It will then return to us many fold, and the giving is simply a mental process, because thoughts are causes and conditions are effects; therefore in giving thoughts of courage, inspiration, health or help of any kind we are setting causes in motion which will bring about their effect.

Let us understand that your thoughts are spiritual activity and is therefore creative, but make no mistake, thought will create nothing unless it is consciously, systematically, and constructively directed; and herein is the difference between idle thinking, which is simply a dissipation of effort, and constructive thinking, which means practically unlimited achievement.

Remember, you have the power to make the transition from the old person to the new person.  It all lives in the power of your belief system, your thought process.  Now take advantage of the power that God has given to you, stop giving lip service to who and what you are and become the true creative power that lives within.

We minister to you this day from the position of PEACE, PURPOSE, POWER and PROSPERITY.  Learn to think Globally as you work Locally to make this major transition in your life.  I remain your brother in CHRIST, PASTOR DAVIS/MASTER TEACHER!

Let us not dwell upon the sins and mistakes of yesterday so exclusively as to have no energy and mind left for LIVING RIGHTLY IN THE BEGINNING AND BLESSNESS OF THIS DAY,   and do not think that the sins of yesterday can prevent you from living aright today.  Begin today by getting right with the world, and aided by the accumulated experiences of all your past days, learn to live it better than any of your previous days; but you cannot possibly live it better unless you begin it better.  The character of the whole day depends upon the way it is begun.

Another beginning of great importance is the beginning of any particular and responsible undertaking.  How

does a man begin the building of a house?  He secures a plan of the proposed edifice, and proceeds to build according to the plan, scrupulously following it in every detail, from the foundation up.  Should he neglect the beginning, the obtaining of an architectural plan, his labor would be wasted, and his building, should it reach completion without tumbling to pieces, would be insecure and worthless.  The same law holds well in any important work: the right beginning and first essential is a definite mental plan on which to build.  Nature will have no slip-shod work, no slovenliness, and she annihilates confusion, or rather, confusion is in itself annihilation.  Order, definiteness, purpose, eternally and universally prevail; and he who in his operations ignores these elements of precision at once deprives himself of substantiality, completeness, and the opportunity for success.

Now let us understand that the most important beginning of all, is upon the affliction or blessedness which it inevitably depends, yet the one most neglected and least understood, is the inception of thought that is in the hidden, but causal, region of the mind.  Your whole life is a series of effects, having their cause in thought, in your own thought.  All conduct is made and molded by thought; all deeds, good or bad, are thoughts made visible.  A seed put into the ground is the beginning of a plant or tree; the seed germinates, the plant or tree comes forth into the light and evolves.  A thought put into the mind is the beginning of a line of conduct: the thought first sends down its roots into the mind, thence to push forth into the light in the form of actions or conduct, which evolves into character and destiny.

Loving, gentle, kind, unselfish, and pure thoughts are right beginnings, leading to blissful results.  This is so simple, so plain, so absolutely true; and yet how neglected, how evaded, and how little understood!

The gardener who most carefully studies how, when, and where to put in his seeds gains the greater horticultural knowledge and obtains the best results; the best crops gladden the soul of him who makes the best beginning.  The man, who most patiently studies how to put into his mind the seeds of strong, wholesome, and charitable thoughts, will obtain the best results in life, and gain the greater knowledge of truth.  The greatest blessedness comes to him who infuses into his mind the purest and noble’s thoughts.

None but right acts can follow right thoughts; none but a right life can follow right acts, and by living a right life all blessedness is achieved.

He who considers the nature and import of his thoughts, who strives daily to eliminate bad thoughts and supplant them with good, comes at last to see that thoughts are the beginnings of results which affect every fiber of his being, which potently influence every event and circumstance of his life.  And when he thus sees, he thinks only right thoughts, chooses to make only those mental beginnings which lead to peace and blessedness.

Wrong thoughts are painful in their inception, painful in their growth, and painful in their fruitage.  Right thoughts are blissful in their inception, blissful in their growth, and blissful in their fruitage.

Many are the right beginnings which a man must discover and adopt on his way to wisdom; but that which is first and last, most important and all-embracing, which is the source and fountain of all abiding happiness, is the right beginning of the mental operations, this implies the steady development of self-control, willpower, steadfastness, strength, purity, gentleness, insight, and comprehension.  It leads to the perfecting of life, for he who thinks perfectly has abolished all unhappiness, his every moment is peaceful, his years are rounded with bliss, he has attained to the complete and perfect blessedness.

BEING THE CHILD OF A KING

I declare to you today that “I am the child of a King”, and if you have been born again, so are you.  We must learn to claim our natural birthright, and then begin to live our lives accordingly.  Why not, we are wonderfully made and very precious in His sight.  I am standing today, making this declaration to you, because God wants me to share some words of encouragement to inspire you to stand strong in the face of opposition.  He knows that all of His Children are facing some difficult times, and sometimes the trials and tribulations may seem to be taking us down instead of lifting us up.

For the past few weeks I have been on a journey to provide hope in the face of what seemed hopeless with much sickness, dispair and death in the lives of my family members and friends in a portion that I have not known in precious years.  So much seemed hopeless in the beginning, but then I heard the voice of my God as he spoke to me, and He said, My Servant, My Child, hold your head up, now look towards the hills from which all of your blessings are flowing; you are the proud Child of a King, and as such, I have sent you on a mission to help others, and I need you to be strong and speak truth to power; tell them that, “I AM THEIR GOD,” and they are the proud CHILDREN of a KING.  Now give them some words of ENCOURAGEMENT that I have shared with you.

Nothing in life is ever promised to be easy, but the joy of it all is being able to experience the pain without feeling the hurt. No pain, no gain. What we come to understand about this life is that GOD will never put on us more than we can bear. He also promised that He would never leave us are forsake us, and that is one check you can take to the bank.  Trouble and the many trials of life are all around us, and they set before us, much heartache and pain.

I have been there, and I have experienced some of what you are now experiencing, but today I am encouraging you to remain strong, THE DEVIL wants to destroy your MIND by taking you down the road of negativity, and if you give him half a chance he will defeat you.

Let me share with you some THOUGHTS I hope that can encourage you and lift you up and fill your heart

As a child, this window was my first view of tragedy, my first thoughts of true love, and all these years later I still wonder what he was going through that day, or he felt. with peace and joy.

Years ago, I learned an invaluable lesson; whatever we focus on, we become. That simple statement taught me a great deal. Wherever we put our energies or our attention, those things will develop. Another way I like to say it is, “Where the mind goes, the mind follows!”

If I begin to think about eating a delicious peach, I will soon find myself in my car pursuing that peach. My thought will stir my desires and emotions, and I will make the decision to follow them.

If we focus only on the negative things in our lives, we become negative people. Everything, including our conversation, becomes negative. We soon lose our joy and live miserable lives and it all started with our own thinking.

Being the Child of a King, our MINDS should always be centered on the Kingdom that is up above and not the place where we are current residing.  We must put our minds in gear and shift our thoughts to the positive side of life and begin to live in the expectance and abundance of what God has already provided for us, what Jesus died for.

You might be experiencing some problems in life not realizing that you are creating them yourself by what you’re choosing to think about. I challenge you to think about what you’re thinking about!

You might be discouraged and even depressed and wonder what caused it. Yet if you will examine your thought life, you will find that you are feeding the negative emotions you are feeling. Negative thoughts are fuel for discouragement, depression, and many other unpleasant emotions.

We should choose our thoughts carefully. We can think about what is wrong with our lives or about what is right with them. We can think about what is wrong with all the people we are in relationship with or we can see the good and meditate on that. The BIBLE teaches us to always believe the best. When we do that, it makes our own lives happier and more peaceful.

Therefore, I encourage you to remember who you are, and that is, “YOU ARE THE CHILD OF A KING!”  Be Encouraged, that the many trials which you are facing right this very moment are only thoughts in your MIND, and as such, they can be overcome.  Change your thinking, and focus on the positive.  Be Strong, and God will pick you up, clean you up, and fill your life with the abundance of all that He has in store for you.

Loving, gentle, kind, unselfish, and pure thoughts are right beginnings, leading to blissful results.  This is so simple, so plain, so absolutely true; and yet how neglected, how evaded, and how little understood!

The gardener who most carefully studies how, when, and where to put in his seeds gains the greater horticultural knowledge and obtains the best results; the best crops gladden the soul of him who makes the best beginning.  The man, who most patiently studies how to put into his mind the seeds of strong, wholesome, and charitable thoughts, will obtain the best results in life, and gain the greater knowledge of truth.  The greatest blessedness comes to him who infuses into his mind the purest and noble’s thoughts.

None but right acts can follow right thoughts; none but a right life can follow right acts, and by living a right life all blessedness is achieved.

He who considers the nature and import of his thoughts, who strives daily to eliminate bad thoughts and supplant them with good, comes at last to see that thoughts are the beginnings of results which affect every fiber of his being, which potently influence every event and circumstance of his life.  And when he thus sees, he thinks only right thoughts, chooses to make only those mental beginnings which lead to peace and blessedness.

Wrong thoughts are painful in their inception, painful in their growth, and painful in their fruitage.  Right thoughts are blissful in their inception, blissful in their growth, and blissful in their fruitage.

Many are the right beginnings which a man must discover and adopt on his way to wisdom; but that which is first and last, most important and all-embracing, which is the source and fountain of all abiding happiness, is the right beginning of the mental operations, this implies the steady development of self-control, willpower, steadfastness, strength, purity, gentleness, insight, and comprehension.  It leads to the perfecting of life, for he who thinks perfectly has abolished all unhappiness, his every moment is peaceful, his years are rounded with bliss, he has attained to the complete and perfect blessedness.

LIVING IN THE WORLD AS LIGHT FOR THE WORLD

In him was life, and the life was the light of men.  The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.  (John 1:4-5 ESV)

We are either living in the light are we are living in darkness.  The life that we live today reflect the light that shines within us, which telegraphs to the world the condition of our spirit.  It will say that our spirit is either good or it is evil.  For those people who hate the light are those who want to sin in the darkness.  Evil deeds are revealed by the light, so people who want to do evil must do it in the dark so they cannot be exposed and caught in the act.

Light means understanding and moral insight, spiritual vision.  But more than just shinning or reflecting, the light of Jesus penetrates and enlightens our hearts and minds.  Everyone who comes into contact with Christ can be enlightened.  When Christ’s light shines, we see our sin and his glory, Therefore, we can refuse to see the light and remain in darkness.  But whoever responds will be enlightened by Christ.  He will fill our minds with God’s thoughts.  He will guide our path, give us God’s perspective, and drive out the darkness of sin.

Now as you read and listen to the truth, know that the timeless light has invaded our time, and we can see it in our darkness.  As the light shines, it drives away the darkness, for the unsaved world is blinded by the prince of this world.  Christ’s light shined to a hardened, darkened humanity and he continues to shine.  But the darkness can never extinguish it.  This statement indicates the struggle between the darkness and the light.  Unregenerate humanity under the influence of Satan, the prince of darkness, has not accepted the light and even resists the light.  Thus, “darkness” indicated ignorance and sin, active rejection of God’s will.  Those in darkness reject Christ, his light, and his followers.  But no matter how deep the darkness, even a small light can drive it back.  The power of Christ’s light overcomes any darkness in the world.

Therefore, brothers and sisters we encourage you to live in the light as the light that shines and reflects your true spirit that will help bring salvation to the world.  We leave you with our peace that you will become a disciple of Jesus and carry his message into darkness of this world.  I remain your brother in Jesus Christ, Pastor Davis/Master Teacher!

CALMNESS OF MIND

All week long we have been teaching on “CALMNESS OF MIND,” this piece is one of the most beautiful pieces of writing I have ever encountered.  I encourage you to read it, study it, copy it, and carry it with you and at every opportunity for the next 90 days pull it out and read it again.  This is truly one of the Master Keys to opening up your mind to wisdom and providing you with peace and serenity.  The more relax you become, the more creative you become, and what you are going to find is, the most productive people in all walks of life are those that are relax.  CALMNESS OF MIND is a beautiful jewel of wisdom.

Now here is what the author, “James Allen” teaches us.  He says, “Calmness of mind is one of the

beautiful jewels of wisdom.”  It is the result of long and patient effort in self-control.  Its presence is an indication of ripened experience, and of a more than ordinary knowledge of the laws and operations of thought.

A man becomes calm in the measure that he understands himself as a Thought-evolved being, for such knowledge necessitates the understanding of others as the result of thought, and as he develops a right understanding, and sees more and more clearly the internal relations of things by the action of cause and effect, he ceases to fuss and fume and worry and grieve, and remains poised, steadfast, serene.

The calm man, having learned how to govern himself, knows how to adapt himself to others; and they, in turn, reverence his spiritual strength, and feel that they can learn of him and rely upon him.  The more tranquil a man becomes, the greater is his success, his influence, his power for good.  Even the ordinary trader will find his business prosperity increase as he develops a greate self-control and equanimity, for people will always prefer to deal with a man whose demeanor is strongly equable.

The strong, calm man is always loved and revered.  He is like a shape-giving tree in a thirsty land, or a sheltering rock in a storm.  “Who does not love a tranquil heart, a sweet-tempered, balanced life?  It does not matter whether it rains or shines, or what changes come to those possessing these blessings, for they are always sweet, serene, and calm.  That exquisite poise of character, which we call serenity, is the last lesson of culture; it is the flowering of life, the fruitage of the soul.  It is precious as wisdom, more to be desired than gold—yea, than even fine gold.  How insignificant mere money seeking looks in comparison with a serene life—a life that dwells in the ocean of Truth, beneath the waves, beyond the reach of tempests, in the Eternal Calm!

“How many people we know who sour their lives, who ruin all that is sweet and beautiful by explosive tempers, who destroy their poise of character, and make bad blood!  It is a question whether the great majority of people do not ruin their lives and mar their happiness by lack of self-control.  How few people we meet in life who are well-balanced, who have that exquisite poise which is characteristic of the finished character!”

Yes, humanity surges with uncontrolled passions, is tumultuous with ungoverned grief, is blown about by anxiety and doubt.  Only the wise man, only he whose thoughts are controlled and purified, makes the winds and the storms of the soul obey him.

Tempest-tossed souls, wherever ye may be, under  whatsoever conditions ye may live, know this—in the ocean of life the isles of Blessedness are smiling, and the sunny shore of your ideal awaits your coming.  Keep your hand firmly upon the helm of thought.  In the bark of your soul reclines the commanding Master; He does but sleep; wake Him.  Self-control is strength; Right Thought is mastery; Calmness is power.  Say unto your heart, “Peace, be still!”

IT’S TIME TO BREAK THE CHAINS OF FEAR AND LIMITATION

You were born with chains of fear and limitations placed into your mind by the world that you were conceived into, limiting you from the ability to be what God created you to be,[a powerful and free human being], without limitations.  You were born free and you will die free, but will you live free?  The choice is entirely yours.

However, at this very moment in time, when you entered into the world of the unknown,  you will not be able to make that decision, because others are controlling your being.   The moment and time you left your mother’s womb, you left screaming, and everyone that was around you at that very moment looked at you and said, oh, how beautiful he or she really is.  You had left your comfort zone and your mind had become filled with fear of the unknown.  You had entered into a world that you knew not.  A world where your own ability to move freely had been limited by fear of the unknown, but you were a child of God, blessed with his breath of life.

Your life was no accident, you were conceived in love and from the very beginning of time, you were loved unconditionally.  You were presented with your parent’s gift of love for each other, and wrapped in their gifts of peace, love, joy and happiness.  But the world around you, was cruel and harsh, filled with angry, bitterness and despair, Poverty was everywhere, crime and rage filled the air.  People pleading for help, only to find fear, lack, limitations and despair, screaming from every street corner, calling out, “do you dare?”

Pause your mind for a moment, click on this very important video clip and now allow your mind to be relaxed as you journey deeper with us into the unknown that is sure to enlighten you and in the end fill your heart with joy, knowledge and wisdom.  We will join you on the other side as we continue to read and study together.

Our Soldiers are returning home from the war zone, broke, lame and no place to call home.  Houses boarded up, friends and family living on the street, sleeping in cardboard houses under the freeways.  The airways are filled with hate for women, blacks and other minorities.  The people’s voting rights are being stripped away, leaving them with no voice to say to their representatives, “will you help us this day.”

Limitations, limitations, you scream, is this a dream?  Or am I caught up in a whirlwind?  This cycle of fear and limitation is beginning to make me crazy.  No time for me to feel this despair, my parents told me that I was born free, and that I would die free, the choice of which path that I would take was entirely mine to make.  No, no I say, I will not be limited by fear and limitations.

Now as I look around, I look towards the heavens, and I scream, Father, why so much fear, lack and limitations have gripped your people in this day and time?

I know who I am; I know that you created me with unlimited potentials.  The gift of possibilities resides within me, and I know that I am only limited by the thoughts I place in my own mind.

But the people Father, you created them also with the same gifts and potentials, but they seem frozen in a deep freeze of limitations, stuck deep in despair and unable to free themselves from the roots of poverty that seems so unfair.

Now is the time to break the chains of limitation, it’s a brand new day, and I know God has equipped me with all the tools I need to break these chains of limitation and grow in prosperity, living out my purpose and moving towards my destination.

This is the day that proclaims my freedom, I am free to live, love and share my gift of freedom with your people everywhere Father.  This I will do now, and do it without fear are limitations, because you told me father, that if I would abide in you, you would abide in me, and no weapon that is formed against me shall ever prosper.  Today, I can come boldly before the throne of grace, lift my holy hands towards the sky and proclaim my freedom by saying, free at last, free at last, thank God all mighty, I am free at last.

In conclusions, I say to all of you, live free, and die free, the choice is yours, for on this day, We have ministered this message to you from a position of peace, purpose, power and prosperity, by proclaiming freedom for everyone who chose to free their minds from the chains of limitation.

We proclaim this freedom in the name of Jesus Christ who died on the cross and rose again just so that we all could enjoy such freedom.  Therefore, I encourage you to live free of all restraints and teach others to do the same.  I remain, your brother in Jesus Christ, PASTOR DAVIS/MASTER TEACHER!

THE THINKER

NOW IS THE TIME FOR YOU TO EXAMINE YOUR THOUGHT LIFE

We encourage you today to examine your thought life and be encouraged.  Know that this day you are a child of the King, and as such you are precious in His sight. Nothing in life is ever promised to be easy, but the joy of it all is being able to experience the pain without feeling the hurt. No pain, no gain. What we come to understand about this life is that God will never put on us more than we can bear. He also promised that He would never leave us are forsake us, and that is one check you can take to the bank and it will forever pay you more than enough dividends to live on for the rest of your earthy life.

I have been there. I have experienced some of what you are now experiencing in your thought life, but today I am encouraging you to remain strong, the devil wants to destroy your mind by taking you down the road of negativity, and if you give him half a chance he will defeat you.

Let me share with you some thoughts I hope that can encourage you and lift you up and fill your heart with peace and joy.

Years ago, I learned an invaluable lesson; whatever we focus on, we become. That simple statement taught me a great deal. Wherever we put our energies or our attention, those things will develop. Another way I like to say it is, “Where the mind goes, the mind follows!”

If I begin to think about ice cream, I will soon find myself in my car pursuing ice cream.  My thought will stir my desires and emotions, and I will make the decision to follow them.

If we focus only on the negative things in our lives, we become negative people. Everything, including our conversation, becomes negative. We soon lose our joy and live miserable lives and it all started with our own thinking.

You might be experiencing some problems in life not realizing that you are creating them yourself by what you’re choosing to think about. I challenge you to think about what you’re thinking about!

You might be discouraged and even depressed and wonder what caused it. Yet if you will examine your thought life, you will find that you are feeding the negative emotions you are feeling. Negative thoughts are fuel for discouragement, depression, and many other unpleasant emotions.

We should choose our thoughts carefully. We can think about what is wrong with our lives or about what is right with them. We can think about what is wrong with all the people we are in relationship with or we see the good and meditate on that. The Bible teaches us to always believe the best. When we do that, it makes our own lives happier and more peaceful.

I have a great life; I have wonderful children and many beautiful loving grand children. I have been blessed and am privileged to be used by God to bless millions of people around the world through the wonderful ministry He has given me. But life isn’t perfect, and if I had allowed the devil to fill my mind with negative thoughts as he once did long ago, I would have been defeated.

I want to focus on God’s grace and give thanks for all the good things in my life. I don’t want to focus on what I don’t have.

An old friend used to quote this saying: “As you wander on through life, brother, whatever may be your goal, keep your eye upon the donut and not upon the hole.” Too many people focus on what’s not here and what’s not right.

All of this is to say that our thoughts largely determine our destiny. Our thoughts also determine our happiness. Proverbs 23:7 is one of my favorite verses. Thoughts are powerful. They aren’t just words that flow through our minds. So it is very important for us to decide what we will allow to rest inside our minds.

We must not forget that your mind is a battlefield. We must always remember that our adversary will use it in any way he possibly can to trap us. To put it another way, we can’t have a positive life and a negative mind. Our thoughts, our focus are what determine where we end up.

Jesus, our friend and Savior, wants our minds to be filled with positive, beautiful, and healthy thoughts. The more we focus on those things, the more readily we defeat Satan’s attacks.

My Maximized Prayer for you today is this; our heavenly Father, the most high, ever loving and patient God, I ask you to forgive me for focusing my thoughts on things that are not pleasing to you. I pray that you will help me fill my mind with thoughts that are clean and pure and uplifting. Strengthen me in my time of weakness; lift me up so that I may continue to see the beauty in all things that are before me, In Jesus name, Amen.

We have ministered this message to you this day from a position of Peace, power, purpose and prosperity, and it is our hope that it will fill your heart with many great thoughts and much joy.  We bless this to you in the name of Jesus and hope that you will know in your heart that; NOW IS THE TIME FOR YOU TO EXAMINE YOUR THOUGHT LIFE.

MY MAXAMIZED PRAYER FOR OUR NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER

PASTOR DAVIS STANDS BEFORE GOD IN PRAYER

Today is National Day of Prayer in America.  It is a time we all can come together for one cause, and that is to pray for each other.  I Give This Prayer To You For Your Blessings.  Take The Time To Read It, Mediate Over It And Make It Become Your Prayer That You Will Begin To Pray Daily.  Claim It In The Name Of Jesus Christ Who Gave It Just For You.

Heavenly Father, I bow in worship and praise before you. I cover myself with the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ as my protection. I surrender myself completely and unreservedly in every area of my life to You. I take a stand against all the workings of Satan that would hinder me in my prayer life. I address myself only to the True and Living God and refuse any involvement of Satan in my prayer. Satan, I command you, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, to leave my presence with all your demons. I bring the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ between us. It surrounds me like a mighty wall that you cannot penetrate.

Heavenly Father, I worship You and give You praise. I recognize that You are worthy to receive all glory and honor and praise. I renew my allegiance to You and pray that the blessed Holy Spirit would enable me in this time of prayer. I am thankful, Heavenly Father, that You have loved me from past eternity and that You sent the Lord Jesus Christ into the world to die as my substitute. I am thankful that the Lord Jesus Christ came as my representative and that through Him You have completely forgiven me; You have adopted me into your family; You have assumed all responsibility for me; You have given me eternal life; You have given me the perfect righteousness of the Lord Jesus Christ so I am now justified. I am thankful that in Him, you have made me complete, and that You have offered Yourself to me to be my daily help and strength. Heavenly Father, open my eyes that I might see how great You are and how complete Your provision is for this day. I am thankful that the victory the Lord Jesus Christ won for me on the Cross and in His resurrection has been given to me and that I am seated with the Lord Jesus Christ in the heavenliest.

I take my place with Him in the heavenliest and recognize by faith that all wicked spirits and Satan himself are under my feet. I declare, therefore, that Satan and his wicked spirits are subject to me in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. I am thankful for the Armor You have provided. I put on the Girdle of Truth, the Breastplate of Righteousness, the Sandals of Peace and the Helmet of Salvation. I lift up the Shield of Faith against all the fiery darts of the enemy; and I take in my hand the Sword of the Spirit, the Word of God. I choose to use Your Word against all the forces of evil in my life. I put on this Armor and live and pray in complete dependence upon You, blessed Holy Spirit. I am grateful, Heavenly Father that the Lord Jesus Christ spoiled all principalities and powers and made a show of them openly and triumphed over them in Himself. I claim all that victory for my life today. I reject all the insinuations, and accusations, and the temptations of Satan. I affirm that the Word of God is true and I choose to live today in the light of God’s Word.

I choose, Heavenly Father, to live in obedience to You and in fellowship with Yourself. Open my eyes and show me the areas of my life that do not please You. Work in me to cleanse me from all ground that would give Satan a foothold against me. I do in every way stand into all that it means to be Your adopted child and I welcome all the ministry of the Holy Spirit. By faith and in dependence upon You, I put off the fleshly works of the evil one and stand into all the victory of the crucifixion where the Lord Jesus Christ provided cleansing from the old nature. I put on the holiness and stand into all the victory of the resurrection and the provision He has made for me to live above sin. Therefore, today I put off all forms of selfishness and put on the new nature with its love. I put off all forms of fear and put on the new nature with its courage. I put off all forms of weakness and put on the new nature with its strength. I put off all forms of lust and put on the new nature with its righteousness, purity, and honesty. I am trusting You to show me how to make this practical in my daily life. In every way I stand into the victory of the ascension and glorification of the Lord Jesus Christ, whereby all the principalities and powers were made subject to Him.

I claim my place in Christ as victorious with Him over all the enemies of my soul. Blessed Holy Spirit, I pray that You would fill me. Come into my life, break down every idol and cast out every foe. I am thankful, Heavenly Father, for the expression of Your will for my daily life as You have shown me in Your Word. I, therefore, claim all the will of God for today. I am thankful that You have blessed me with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. I am thankful that You have begotten me unto a living hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. I am thankful that You have made a provision so that today I can live filled with the Spirit of God with love and joy and peace, with long-suffering, gentleness and goodness, with meekness, faithfulness and self-control in my life.

I recognize that this is Your will for me and I therefore reject and resist all the endeavors of Satan and his wicked spirits to rob me of the will of god. I refuse in this day to believe my feelings and I hold up the Shield of Faith against all the accusations and distortion and insinuations that Satan would put into my mind. I claim the fullness of the will of God for my life today. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I completely surrender myself to You, Heavenly Father, as a living sacrifice. I choose not to be conformed to this world. I choose to be transformed by the renewing of my mind, and I pray that You would show me Your will and enable me to walk in all the fullness of Your will today.

I am thankful, Heavenly Father, that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, to the casting down of imagination and every high thing that exalted itself against the knowledge of God, and to bring every thought into obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, in my own life today I tear down the strongholds of Satan and smash the plans of Satan that have been formed against me. I tear down the strongholds of Satan against my mind, and I surrender my mind to You, blessed Holy Spirit.

I affirm, Heavenly Father, that You have not given me the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love and of a sound mind. I break and smash the strongholds of Satan formed against my emotions today and I give my emotions to you. I smash the strongholds of Satan formed against my will today, I give my will to You and choose to make the right decisions of faith. I smash the strongholds of Satan formed against my body today, I give my body to You recognizing that I am your temple. I rejoice in Your mercy and goodnessHeavenly Father, I pray that now and through this day You would strengthen and enlighten me. Show me the way Satan is hindering and tempting and lying and distorting the truth in my life. Enable me to be the kind of person that would please You. Enable me to be aggressive in prayer and faith. Enable me to be aggressive mentally, to think about and practice Your Word, and to give You Your rightful place in my life. Again, I cover myself with the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ and pray that You, blessed Holy Spirit, would bring all the work of the crucifixion, all the work of the resurrection, all the work of the glorification, and all the work of Pentecost into my life today.

I surrender myself to You. I refuse to be discouraged. You are the God of all hope. You have proven Your power by resurrecting Jesus Christ from the dead, and I claim in every way this victory over all the satanic forces in my life. I pray in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ with thanksgiving and praise to You, alone.  I do this day from a position of Peace, purpose, power and prosperity in Jesus name, Amen.

OUR MINDS ARE DESIGNED TO KEEP US HEALTHY

Let us understand this one very important fact, and that is our mind is not our brain.  Our brain is part of our physical anatomy.  Our mind is that one unseen spiritual link that is connected directly to the mind of God.  Since it is a spiritual link, linking my mind directly to the mind of God, and knowing that my natural state of health is complete wellness, therefore, I am under no illusions that as to where my health, strength and healing comes from.

Now let us understand this one fact, and that is, there is much sickness and disease in this country and around the world.  The national mental status in the U.S. appears to be shaky. Depression, despair, stress, anxiety, anger, revenge, prolonged grief, jealousy, and apathy abound. Many others could be listed. These can be powerful disease triggers. The results of a national survey by the U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare indicated that 25 percent of the population admitted to being under a major degree of stress. One source estimated that perhaps one-third of Americans could be considered mentally healthy.

If a partial list were to be composed of physical diseases with apparent psychological components, it would look something like this: allergies, asthma, angina, arthritis, back pain, cancer, hair and scalp problems, headaches, heart disease, hypertension, insomnia, impotence, irritable bowel syndrome, skin problems, and ulcers. It has been estimated that 75 percent of all complaints that patients present are stress related.

However, let me assure you, that if you truly have the faith to believe that through Jesus Christ, all things are possible, then you have nothing to worry about regardless of your present physical or spiritual condition.  Throughout scripture, we find that Jesus teaching on healing was a Holistic approach.  This included healing the whole person, body, mind and soul.  This is the same approach we take here at this ministry in teaching you that you can be made whole again.

Now let me turn the balance of this discussion over to Edgar Cayce, whom I have spent much time studying, he is the father of holistic medicine, and in this video he lays out specific holistic principles for healthy living and total wellness which I advise all of you who watch this video and study our lessons on Body, Mind and Spirit to take these principles to heart.

The majority of Edgar Cayce’s teachings deal with health maintenance and the treatment of illness. Even to this day individuals have found physical help from information given as long as 100 years ago! Yet, although best known for this material, the sleeping Cayce did not seem to be limited to concerns about the physical body. In fact, in their entirety the readings discuss an astonishing number of 10,000 different subjects.

“NO MAN HOLDS POWER OVER YOU EXCEPT THE ONE YOU GIVE THE AUTHORITY TO DO SO!”

In lesson one, we presented to you the problem of why you were not able to FREE your MIND and live in PROSPERITY.  In this lesson, we will present you with the first prerequisite of what you must do in order to begin living your new life in the world of PROSPERITY.

The first prerequisite of having the great abundances of this life is to be set FREE.  Your mind has to be FREE of the bondage that is keeping you from having all the things that you desire in this world.  It is not that man is not providing you with a job to meet your basics needs that is hindering you from having.  It is your own thought process that is keeping you from having; your dependences upon another man to provide you with a job that God has already told you to use your own thought process and you can have anything that you may desire. Free your mind and be free indeed.  If the Son of God Sets You Free, you must realize the greatest news of all and that is, “You are truly FREE.”  At a time when Jesus was speaking truth to power, this is what he said to the Jews and what he is saying to you and I right here and now, “Then Jesus turned to the Jews who had claimed to believe in him. “If you stick with this, living out what I tell you, you are my disciples for sure. Then you will experience for yourselves the truth, and the truth will FREE you.” (John 8:31-32 MSG)

These are the words of truth that were birthed in you from the beginning of time.  They are the words that will allow you to create that job that you are concern about in order to be in a position to meet your basic worldly needs.  They are the words that will bring about that change from the old man to the new.  They are the words that you can take to the cashier at your bank, present them with a check with whatever amount you desire at the time and be guaranteed it will be cashed with no questions asked.

You are the ruler of your life, the power given to you by the maker and creator of this world.  “No man holds power over you but the one you give to hold such power”  And when you are ready to make the change and your determination is so great that you are willing to do whatever is necessary to be the true ruler of your life, the new person in you will show up and nothing can stop you from rising to take your place in this world of great abundance.

Remember, in the past you have allowed yourself to live in captive, drug down, step on, and the invisible yoke of bondage put around your neck, and the heavy bondage of life worries placed upon your back.  The thief came in the front door and stole all the love and joy away from you.  You were unable to hold onto your job, and therefore all your earthly goods and everything that you had perceived as good was stolen away from you.  Now you are suffering from a lack of determination, no energy and fight left in you to be able to take back what was stolen.  Jesus has warned you that the thief was going to do this.  However, you allowed your mind to set idle, doing nothing good for yourself, becoming a couch potato with the T.V. remote pointing and flicking from channel to channel and the cell phone constantly dialing and gossiping about who is sleeping with who. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE WORD THAT CONCEIVED YOUR LIFE?

Now listen to the truth of Jesus words as he was warning the people, “Jesus told this simple story, but the people had no idea what he was talking about. So he tried again. “I’ll be explicit, then. I am the Gate for the sheep. All those others are up to no good—sheep stealers, every one of them. But the sheep didn’t listen to them. I am the Gate. Anyone who goes through me will be cared for—will freely go in and out, and find pasture. A thief is only there to steal and kill and destroy. I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of.”

“I am the Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd puts the sheep before himself, sacrifices himself if necessary. A hired man is not a real shepherd. The sheep mean nothing to him. He sees a wolf come and runs for it, leaving the sheep to be ravaged and scattered by the wolf. He’s only in it for the money. The sheep don’t matter to him. (John 10:10-12 MSG).

Your life is worth more to Jesus than a job with the money you will earn to pay your bills.  Jesus is the Good Shepherd.  He is the one that will preserve your mind from the idle thoughts that allows the thief to enter in and still and kill you.  Haven’t you allowed him to do enough damage to you?  “DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE WORD THAT CONCEIVED YOUR LIFE?”

Now as we conclude this word of truth, it is my hope that this word has stirred up a passion in your soul and given you new life to begin a new way of thinking and living, allow Jesus to have the final word that can make you whole and bring truth and salvation to your soul.  Here they are, the words of Jesus.   “Now that you’ve cleaned up your lives by following the truth, love one another as if your lives depended on it. Your new life is not like your old life. Your old birth came from mortal sperm; your new birth comes from God’s living Word. Just think: a life conceived by God himself! That’s why the prophet said,

“The old life is a grass life,
its beauty as short-lived as wildflowers;
Grass dries up, flowers droop,
God’s Word goes on and on forever.
This is the Word that conceived the new life in you.”  (1 Peter 1:22-25 MSG)

After this Jesus spoke and then gave us the greatest commandment of all, and this is what he said, “And you shall love the Lord your God out of and with your whole heart and out of and with all your soul (your life) and out of and with all your mind (with your faculty of thought and your moral understanding) and out of and with all your strength. This is the first and principal commandment.

The Second Is Like It, and Is This, “You Shall Love Your Neighbor as Yourself. There Is No Other Commandment Greater Than These.” (Mark 12:30-31 AMP)

Now my brothers and sisters, it is with great joy that I am thrill beyond my own imagination that you have comprehended what has been taught here and you will use it to your benefit to rise above where you are right now to the level God is trying to push you to be.  I urge you to think globally and work locally.  I minister to you today from a position of PEACE, PURPOSE, POWER and PROSPERITY.  This is the Word that conceived the new life in you. JESUS SAID, “I AM THE TRUE VINE!”

The time has come for all of God’s people to rise up and FREE their MINDS of all negative, thinking and learn how to live in this world where the abundances [PROSPERITY] of all God’s gifts are available to all who would seek after them.  Know that Jesus is the true VINE and we are the BRANCHES, and if we abide in Him, he will abide in us, and we shall produce the fruit that we desire for our lives in great abundance.  Pause for a moment and watch this short video clip and we will continue this discussion on the other side.

In this world today, we find that many people are filled with anxious desires to overcome their present lot in life. Anxieties are running deep in their veins, being faced with much lack of everything that this world has to offer and in their heart of hearts not being able to have the basics necessaries that God has promised to them that love and believe in the Lord.

Nevertheless, I say to all the people, know that God never makes a promise that he will not fulfill.  Just hold onto God’s unchanging hands and your storehouse will never be bare.  You see, God has provided the world with all the necessary things for man’s survival in this world.

Remember, there are three basics things that we need for our survival and they are; the air we breathe, the water we drink and the food we eat.  These three basics necessities, God provides them in great abundances’ and they are free and without germs are diseases.

But Then You Would Say, I Need A Job And Without A Job How Can I Have Food On My Table For Me And My Family To Eat, Clothes For My Children To Wear, Money To Pay My Mortgage And Car Note, Money To Keep The Lights And Gas On In My House, Money To Send My Kids To College And Of Course Your List Will Go On And On.  It Is True, That Working On A Job And Receiving A Paycheck Is One Way Of Providing You With Money To Help Offset These Burdens.  However, Do You Remember What Jesus Teaches Us Concerning These Things?

This is what Jesus wants you to know, He says, “Therefore I Tell You, Stop Being Perpetually Uneasy (Anxious) And Worried) About Your Life, What You Shall Eat Or What You Shall Drink; Or About Your Body, What You Shall Put On. Is Not Life Greater [In Quality] Than Food, And The Body [Far Above And More Excellent] Than Clothing?

Look at the birds of the air; they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father keeps feeding them. Are you not worth much more than they?

And who of you by worrying and being anxious can add one unit of measure (cubit) to his stature or to the span of his life?

And why should you be anxious about clothes? Consider the lilies of the field and learn thoroughly how they grow; they neither toil nor spin.

Yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his magnificence (excellence, dignity, and grace) was not arrayed like one of these. [I Kings 10:4-7.]

But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and green and tomorrow is tossed into the furnace, will He not much more surely clothe you, O you of little faith?

Therefore do not worry and be anxious, saying, what are we going to have to eat? Or, what are we going to have to drink? Or, what are we going to have to wear?

For the Gentiles (heathen) wish for and crave and diligently seek all these things, and your heavenly Father knows well that you need them all.

But seek aim at and strive after, first of all His kingdom and His righteousness, His way of doing and being right, and then all these things taken together will be given you besides.

So do not worry or be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will have worries and anxieties of its own. Sufficient for each day is its own trouble.  (Matthew 6:25-34 AMP)

You see, in this passage Jesus is trying to bring you into the realization that you are free of all yokes and bondage of man’s rule over you.  It is not man that is going to provide you with the necessities of this life, but it is God who provides all of those who believe.

YOU HAVE THE POWER TO TRANSFORM YOUR DREAMS INTO REALITY

THE DREAM LIVES IN HER MIND (BY PASTOR DAVIS)

Throughout this year we have discussed with you many times the word “transformation.”  We have done so because we realized early on as we begin this teaching ministry that in order for us to be successful at what we were doing, we to needed to be in the flow of the transformation process. 

We have learned a great deal from your many wonderful comments, and as we continue into 2012, we will apply the knowledge and understanding we gleamed from your thoughts and apply them to our teaching methods in hopes that many more of you will gain some valuable lessons from what is being taught here.

The subject of this lesson is:  “YOU HAVE THE POWER TO TRANSFORM YOUR DREAMS INTO REALITY.”  The very first thought in many of your minds will be doubt.  Saying, I don’t have any power.  Others have the power, but I am powerless to transform a single dream I have ever had into reality.  That is truly the kind of negative thinking that hinders you from becoming the genius that God destiny you to become from the very beginning of time.  Now let me encourage you to pause your reading right here for a moment and watch this short video clip as it helps to further engage your mind with great thoughts of manifesting your dreams into reality.  Please continue reading on the other side of this video clip.  After you have completed this message, do not forget to click on the share button and share it on your social networking page as well as with friends and family.

Let us understand this one very important thing in our lives, and that is, our negative thoughts are the seeds we plant in our minds that begins the process of creating lack, poverty and all the things that we have dreamed of having, but have not been able to obtain in our lives thus far.

When your thoughts are always centered on the negative side of life, you set up the conditions which correspondence with the predominant mental attitude in your mind.  Therefore, if we fear disaster, as fear is a powerful form of thought, disaster will be the certain result of our thinking.  It is this form of thought which frequently sweeps away the result of many years of toil and effort.

However, if we begin the process of planting positive seeds in our mind instead of the negative ones and begin to think of some form of material wealth, the results will be that it will show up at the time and place it is most needed.  By concentrated thought the required conditions will be brought about, and the proper effort put forth, which will result in bringing about the circumstances necessary to realize our desires; but we often find that when we secure the things we thought we wanted, they do not have the effect we expected.  That is, the satisfaction is only temporary, or possibly is the reverse of what we expected.

This condition is because, we lack the knowledge of the power and where that power derives from.  Know that God is the source of all power that we have within our physical bodies and spiritual minds.  Therefore, we must learn to lean and depend on God when we are face with the difficult task of the transformation process.  Listen to what God tells us to do, He says, “ Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, fenced in and hidden, which you do not know (do not distinguish and recognize, have knowledge of and understand).  (Jeremiah 33:3).

When you are ready to put your trust in God, the power of transformation will show up on your front door step.  The power to make this happen is already within you.  God gave this power to you from the very beginning of time.  So when you say you are powerless to make your dreams become a reality, think on this, “Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He will give you the desires and secret petitions of your heart.  Commit your way to the Lord [roll and repose each care of your load on Him]; trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) also in Him and He will bring it to pass.  (Psalms 37:4-5 AMP).

We must transform our thinking in order to realize our dreams.  The old orthodox way of thinking was to be “a worm,” to be satisfied with our portion whatever it is; but the modern idea is to know that we are entitled to the best of everything, that the “Father and I are one” and that the “Father” is the UNIVERSAL MIND, the CREATOR, the ORIGINAL SUBSTANCE from which all things proceed.

Now admitting that to transform your thinking from the negative to the positive and it has been taught to us for more than two thousand years, and it is the essence of every system of Philosophy or Religion, then how are we to make it practical in our lives?  How are we to go get the actual, tangible results here and now that will make our dreams become a reality?

First, let us begin by putting our knowledge into practice.  Nothing can be accomplished in any other way.

The athlete may read books and lessons on physical training all his life, but unless he begins to give out strength by actual work he will never receive any strength; he will eventually get exactly what he gives; but he will have to give it first.  It is exactly the same with us; we will get exactly what we give, but we shall have to give it first.  It will then return to us many fold, and the giving is simply a mental process, because thoughts are causes and conditions are effects; therefore in giving thoughts of courage, inspiration, health or help of any kind we are setting causes in motion which will bring about their effect.

Let us understand that your thoughts are spiritual activity and is therefore creative, but make no mistake, thought will create nothing unless it is consciously, systematically, and constructively directed; and herein is the difference between idle thinking, which is simply a dissipation of effort, and constructive thinking, which means practically unlimited achievement.

Remember, you have the power to make the transition from the old person to the new person.  It all lives in the power of your belief system, your thought process.  Now take advantage of the power that God has given to you, stop giving lip service to who and what you are and become the true creative power that lives within.

IT IS TIME TO RENEW YOUR MIND

Every day we live provides us with an opportunity to improve ourselves in every way by simply committing to work on ourselves daily in the process of renewing our minds.  The bible teaches us to study to show ourselves approved.  If we would only take the time to follow these few simple guide lines we can overcome many of the difficulties we face in this world daily.  The bible is truly our instruction manual, giving us a complete outline on how we can live and enjoy a healthy life style by simply renewing our minds.  Now listen to how this instruction manual teaches us on the renewing our minds:

Assuming that you have really heard Him and been taught by Him, as [all] Truth is in Jesus [embodied and personified in Him],

Strip yourselves of your former nature [put off and discard your old un-renewed self], which characterized your previous manner of life and becomes corrupt through lusts and desires that spring from delusion;

And be constantly renewed in the spirit of your mind [having a fresh mental and spiritual attitude],

And put on the new nature (the regenerate self) created in God’s image, [Godlike] in true righteousness and holiness.  (Ephesians 4:21-24 AMP)

To have a renewed mind is to function in accordance with a new value and belief system.  The conscience houses the values and beliefs that govern our lives.  It is like stacking or storing information on top of information: The more we learn the more is stored.

Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in every way and [that your body] may keep well, even as [I know] your soul keeps well and prospers. (3 John 1:2 AMP)

Instead let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. (Ephesians 4:23 NLT)

It is clear from the Scriptures that you, as a Believer, are responsible for participating in the transformation process and ongoing maintenance of your thought life.  This is obligatory not optional.

Most people believe that renewing the mind is memorizing Scriptures.  And, thus, they spend hours memorizing verse after verse so that the Bible is always on ready recall.  However, memorizing Scripture and having Scripture govern our thought lives are two different things.  When the Bible speaks of renewing the mind, it is talking about a transformation in our decision making process.  This means changing the fundamental thought patterns and beliefs that are programmed into you.  Yes, programmed into you!

Your soul has five main components: mind, will, imagination, emotions, and intellect.  The soul of a person is what determines the unique personalities and characteristics of the person.  The spirit is the eternal part and will exist after physical death (1 Thessalonians 5:23)

Our minds have three components to the mental complex: the conscious mind, the subconscious mind, and the conscience mind.  These three work together in a dynamic way as our onboard computer to keep our lives on course.

The conscious mind handles the purposeful, conscious thoughts, and day-to-day decisions.  The initial reasoning and logical thinking that require concentration and purposeful thinking are handled by this part of the mental complex.  The subconscious, which is the autopilot of the conscious mind, has the responsibility to carry out automatically the finished work of the conscious Mind.

When the conscious mind has thought through a process and has accepted certain norms and values as truth, from that moment on, the subconscious begins to handle decision making at a level that does not require much conscious thought at all.  Your subconscious accesses your belief and value system and makes certain decisions automatically.

Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you].  (Romans 12:2 AMP)

Now let me close with this final thought for each one of you who have taken the time to read this entire lesson and the many lessons we teach here daily, “Think globally, and work locally.  Looking beyond ourselves in the real and on line world, to reach out to others who might be in need, for we all are truly our Brothers Keeper, may the grace of God abide in you now and forever, in Jesus name, Amen.

THE WAY OF LOVE

This lesson begins with Paul a servant of Jesus Christ, being in prison and writing a letter of encouragement to his son Timothy.  Paul begins with these words, ^8-10So don’t be embarrassed to speak up for our Master or for me, his prisoner. Take your share of suffering for the Message along with the rest of us. We can only keep on going, after all, by the power of God, who first saved us and then called us to this holy work. We had nothing to do with it. It was all his idea, a gift prepared for us in Jesus long before we knew anything about it. However, we know it now. Since the appearance of our Savior, nothing could be plainer: death defeated, life vindicated in a steady blaze of light, all through the work of Jesus.

This is the Message I have been set apart to proclaim as a preacher, an emissary, and teacher. It is also the cause, of all this trouble I am in. Nevertheless, I have no regrets. I could not be surer of my ground—the One I have trusted in can take care of what he’s trusted me to do right to the end.

So keep at your work, this faith and love rooted in Christ, exactly as I set it out for you. It’s as sound as the day you first heard it from me. Guard this precious thing placed in your custody by the Holy Spirit who works in us. (II Timothy 1:8-14 MGS)

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity (of cowardice, of craven and cringing and fawning fear), but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of calm and well-balanced mind and discipline and self-control. (II Timothy 1:7 AMP)

My question to you today is, do you know what gifts God has equipped you with?  Do you understand that you are a marvelous created person? Each one of you has been given a very special gift.  You were created in the image of God.

You My Friends, you were created for God’s own purpose and service in this life. Do not think that God made a mistake when he purposed you to do great things. God never gives us a task to do without empowering us to carry it out.

Today I want to teach this lesson from three different precepts. 1.  Power,  2. Love and 3. Self discipline.  These three precepts when mixed together with the process and your purpose in this life will provide you with the greatest prosperity ever known to humankind. By taking the time to study this lesson, means that you are truly beginning the process. The process may not be easy, but the process is what you must go through in order to arrive at your destination. The one reason why so many of us fail at the task that has been assigned to us is that we work so hard to skip over the process in order that we may receive the prosperity.  Remember, God created everything in an orderly process, and if we are to receive the benefits of God’s gifts to us, we must do the same.  God created the process for our benefit.

The bible teaches us that God did not bring us this far to leave us, and God will never put on us more than we can bear.  We are uniquely designed, with great powers of our minds to carry us to great heights.

In Jeremiah 33:3, we see that God spoke to Jeremiah and told him these words, “Call me,”  “and I will show you great powers that you never imagined that you had before.” The powers to do great things were given to us before we were conceived in our Mothers womb. We can use these powers to climb great mountains, to build huge skyscrapers, build sophisticated spaceships, which are capable of taken us into space and then returning us safely to earth. These are just a few of those great achievements that God has shown us that the powers of our minds can accomplish anything providing  that we attune our minds with God  mine. In the bible the book of Philippians it states, “Let this mind that is in Christ be also in you. When we connect our minds with the mind of Christ, our blessings of prosperity will begin to flow like an untamed river flowing its waters back into the sea. That is what power and especially the powers of our minds will do for us.

We do not need to have naturally powerful personalities. God gives us strength of character and confidence that wins us respect when we face opposition as we speak, preach, and live the truth.  God supernaturally replaces any timidity on the servant’s part with boldness.  Such power is difficult to discredit. Power, God awesome powers.  Understand the very important gift that God has equipped you with. Learn to believe in it, use the powers of your mind to practice the task you have been assigned this day, and as you grow in God’s grace prosperity will begin to flow to you in great abundance.

The second precept is love. This is one that we could spend the whole day studying and never reach the end.  Scripture for this text states God did not give us a spirit of fear, but he gave us a spirit of power and a spirit of love.  Oh, what a wonderful God, who saw our needs before we entered into this world.  Therefore, he provided us with the awesome powers to love.  God taught us to love our neighbors as ourselves. Love comes from the inside of each one of us. When we truly learn to love ourselves as God has taught, we can begin to love others  with a spirit of un- conditional love. In John 316 the bible says that God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten son,  that whosoever believes in him shall not parish but have eternal life. My friends that is truly an unadulterated pure love. A love that is unmatched, by anything else that we have ever know in this life.

Now listen to how Paul speaks of the greatest gift that has ever been given to humankind. Paul calls it “THE WAY OF LOVE.” (I Corinthians 13:1-13 MSG)

If I speak with human eloquence and angelic ecstasy but don’t love, I’m nothing but the creaking of a rusty gate. ²If I speak God’s Word with power, revealing all his mysteries and making everything plain as day, and if I have faith that says to a mountain, “Jump,” and it jumps, but I don’t love, I’m nothing. ^3-7If I give everything I own to the poor and even go to the stake to be burned as a martyr, but I don’t love, I’ve gotten nowhere. So, no matter what I say, what I believe, and what I do, I’m bankrupt without love.

Love never gives up.
Love cares more for others than for self.
Love doesn’t want what it doesn’t have.
Love doesn’t strut,
Doesn’t have a swelled head,
Doesn’t force itself on others,
Isn’t always “me first,”
Doesn’t fly off the handle,
Doesn’t keep score of the sins of others,
Doesn’t revel when others grovel,
Takes pleasure in the flowering of truth,
Puts up with anything,
Trusts God always,
Always looks for the best,
Never looks back,
But keeps going to the end.

Love never dies. Inspired speech will be over some day; praying in tongues will end; understanding will reach its limit. We know only a portion of the truth, and what we say about God is always incomplete. But when the Complete arrives, our incompletes will be canceled.

When I was an infant at my mother’s breast, I gurgled and cooed like any infant. When I grew up, I left those infant ways for good.

We don’t yet see things clearly. We’re squinting in a fog, peering through a mist. But it won’t be long before the weather clears and the sun shines bright! We’ll see it all then, see it all as clearly as God sees us, knowing him directly just as he knows us!

But for right now, until that completeness, we have three things to do to lead us toward that consummation: Trust steadily in God, hope unswervingly, love extravagantly. And the best of the three is love.

The virtues of faith, hope, and love are necessary in this age, but is the age to call come, faith will be way to sight, and hope will turn into experience. Love alone is eternal, for God is love. (I John 4:8.)

Now we come to the third and final precept, which is self-discipline this can also translate to the art of self-control or sound mind.  However, we may perceive it, we must understand that it is a part of our mind power that God has provided us with and we must learn how to control ourselves under all circumstances.  The power of your Mind is truly awesome.  You can use your mental powers to achieve success that, up until now, you have only ever dreamed of.  It is a Universal truth that life tends to move you towards the physical equivalent of your predominant thoughts and feelings. A great many people are well aware of this fact but most find it extremely difficult to apply this knowledge and put it to work effectively in their lives. Are you one of those people? If you are, then do not worry because I am about to show you how to overcome this little problem.

Now for all of us, our training in the art of self-discipline begin the very moment when we come into the knowledge of the truth of this proverb, “listen to your father, who gave you life, and do not despise your mother when she is old.”  Self-Discipline means that you are wise enough to obey this proverb and have acquired enough wisdom, knowledge and understanding to begin the process of training your mind as well as your physical body in the art of self-discipline,  Being obedient to the word and able to climb that great mountain of obstacles, and manifest your dreams into reality.

As a Godly leader, and a follower of Jesus, our spiritual lives should form the core of our character.  Our training should be a daily process in building up the spiritual mind in order that it will always prevail against the evil spirits of the devil.  Our training should be like that of a runner or a boxer.  During the course of a race, runners do not stagger from one lane to another.  They rivet their attention on the finish line and run a disciplined race toward it.  So also, boxers train with purpose so they can absorb powerful blows without falling down.  They build up their physical stamina so that their legs will hold out for the final rounds.

A wrestler once asked his coach, “can’t I smoke and drink and have a good time and still wrestle?”  The coach replied, “yes you can, but you can’t win!  We as Christians and godly leaders cannot win the race either, if we are unwilling to discipline ourselves to studying and obeying the word of God.

Now if you truly want to be a godly leader, and learn to serve humanity, you must cultivate your spiritual journey like a world-class athlete.  Why? In order for you to finish the race without being disqualified, you must develop the art of self-control.  By doing this you can and will affect other areas of your life-how we treat others, where we go for answers to major decisions, and the skills we use in accomplishing our daily tasks.

When we study (2 Timothy 1:7), we soon discover that Paul was prompted to encourage his fellow worker to maintain a holy boldness and assurance in his position of spiritual leadership.  Paul had commissioned Timothy to oversee many of the churches in the Roman province of Asia, and this task required “a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.” Self-discipline is needed to stretch us beyond our own comfort zones and areas of personal inertia.  For some, the needed discipline will be more in the realm of the emotions; for others the focus of self-control will be in the realm of the mind or of the will.

Writing to the Galatians, Paul said that “the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control” (Galatians 5:22-23).

While people without Christ can exercise self-control, this quality in its fullest expression of character transformation is a part of the spiritual fruit that only the Holy Spirit can produce in us.

Self-discipline is seldom easy.  Paul’s words to Timothy revealed that this young man probably struggled with it in his ministry.  And most leaders who come across the need for more self-discipline in their lives struggle at times as well.  God’s Spirit is the power source behind self-discipline.

 In conclusion, let me say that all of these three precepts of qualities are gifts of the Spirit, not just natural tendencies.  They function best in harmony.  Under the pressures of leadership, people tend to gravitate toward a desire for power and boldness as the most effective tools for success.  However, used alone, these qualities are self-defeating.  The inclusion of love and self-control clearly indicates that a leader’s effectiveness comes from God’s Spirit.  We may be impressed by a leader who exhibits boldness and power, but without love or self-control, such a leader is little more than a bully.

Now with your understanding of these three precepts, we urge you to come boldly before the throne of grace, preach and teach the word of God with all the awesome powers God has given you.  Preach the word in season and out of season, and never give into the evil spirits that will call upon you to speak otherwise.  You are a servant of Christ, as such, you were provided with spiritual gifts to serve others, and your job daily is to go into the world carry the gospel to those who are in great need wherever they may be.  Do this in the name of Jesus. Amen!
