CRESCENT HILL BAPTIST CHURCH HELEN GA. (Photo by Pastor Davis)
GOOD MORNING CHILDREN OF GOD; We have come into this house to worship the Lord of Lords and to offer praises of sacrifice for his wonderful grace and mercy. As we approach the throne of grace, let us take a moment to reflect on where we are at this moment in time and seek God’s guidance in all that is set before us as we strive to live out the purpose of our lives. Let’s seek blessings over the lives of our families, our leaders and especially the church. Today make a commitment to strive for perfection in carrying out the command of Jesus, “love one another and love the lord God with all your heart, his blessings will flow freely and we shall find rest for our weary souls in his presence. So, embrace the atmosphere of love, and lift the messenger up in prayer as he brings words of encouragement to enrich our lives. Sing Praises to the Lord, for he is worthy.
OUR SONG OF PRAISE: (Psalms 150 MSG)
Hallelujah! Praise God in his holy house of worship, praise him under the open skies; Praise him for his acts of power, praise him for his magnificent greatness;
Praise with a blast on the trumpet, praise by strumming soft strings; Praise him with castanets and dance, praise him with banjo and flute; Praise him with cymbals and a big bass drum, praise him with fiddles and mandolin. Let every living, breathing creature praise God!Hallelujah!
Let us clap our hands and stump our feet and say, glory Hallelujah, thank you Lord for smiling on me. You are worthy to be praised.
LET US PRAY:
Our Father and our God, it is once again your children have gathered to worship your holy name. We come this morning for many reasons, knowing that you are the giver of life, expecting to be blessed. Lord we have come through another week, times may have been a struggle for some, but you brought us through. We are depending on you for all things that pertain to life. So this morning as we lift our eyes toward Calvary smile down on us this day and give us hope and strength to stay in the race. Heavenly Father, we don’t pray for ourselves alone, we ask that you bless those who are in need, those seeking to know you and desiring to follow your plan for life. We don’t have all the answers to life’s problems, but, we know that if we release them to you, there will come times of refreshing. Father strengthen the messenger and instill in him the urgency to reach the masses, give him willing workers to help in kingdom building. We are blessed and thankful for all things. Thank you for this moment in time in which we come to worship you. Amen, Amen, Amen.
TODAY’S SCRIPTURE READING: (Psalm 23:1-4 MSG)
God, my shepherd! I don’t need a thing. You have bedded me down in lush meadows, you find me quiet pools to drink from. True to your word, you let me catch my breath and send me in the right direction.
Even when the way goes through Death Valley, I’m not afraid when you walk at my side. Your trusty shepherd’s crook makes me feel secure.

TODAY’S ALTER CALL:
If you are a person studying this lesson with us today and have not received the saving grace of the Lord and would like to join the Lord’s family of BELIEVERS and receive ETERNAL LIFE, we simply ask you to, “BELIEVE!”
Now repeat this short prayer with me: “Lord I am a sinner, I have sinned against you, I BELIEVE that Jesus died for my sins, and on the third day you raised him from the grave and today He lives. I ask you to forgive me of my sins, and come into my heart and cleanse me of my sins. If you have prayed this prayer with me, you now are saved and have ETERNAL LIFE in glory.”
We encourage you to find a local Bible Teaching Church and begin to study and fellowship with other believers. You can also return back here daily and study God’s word with us. We share the truth of the scriptures daily, and you will find over 1000 topics for study and discussions. May the saving grace of our Lord and Savior be with you now and forever, in Jesus name, AMEN!
