What must I do to be saved?

When we awaken to the realization in our life that we are truly a sinner and that all of us on this earth has sinned and fail short of God’s glory, this question will always come to the forefront of our cardinal minds. What must I do to be saved?  When it arrives, it is important that those of us, whom God has transformed, should be in a position to answer this question for the person who is seeking Christ.  It is our job to give to the lost sheep God’s plan of salvation.  God wants to save one lost sheep at a time.  Since you were chosen as a Disciple of Jesus Christ to go on the battlefield and fight for the lives of those that are lost in Christ, it is your job to be armed with all the tools God has provided for you in order to save that lost soul from eternal condemnation.  Open your Bible to Romans 10:9 and read the word of God to them.
What must I do to be saved? This question was first asked by a jailer at Ephesus, who witnessed an earthquake that freed Paul and Silas. Paul and Silas were the Church’s first official evangelists, who had been falsely arrested and beaten and left in his charge. The earthquake came as the climax to a midnight prison cell prayer and praise meeting and it spurred the jailer to consider the condition of his soul.  What must I do to be saved, you asked?  If you truly want to be saved, listen to what the Lord says you must do.  Click on this short video and watch it NOW!

  1. Sorry to say but Mr Shifferd is right and you are wrong sir.

    • Thank you, my friend, for taking the time to read and share your thoughts with us. We welcome and appreciate all comments. May God bless you abundantly as you walk into your divine destiny.

  2. Dear sir,

I hope you’ll reconsider what you have stated here. For us to be saved, we must be conformed Jesus death, burial, and resurrection wherein is salvation (1 Cor. 15:1-4, Phil. 3:10-11). That conformation is a part of God’s forgiving grace (Eph. 2:5ff). We are saved when are raised from death into the newness of life. When is that? I refer that you see for yourself by reading Romans 6:1-7, Colossians 2:12-13, Mark 16:16, Matthew 28:19, Acts 2:38, 41, 47, 8:12, 34ff; 16:31-34, 22:16, 1 Pet. 3:21, etc, This washing is in His name (1 Cor. 1:11-13, 6:11, 12:13), and being in His name it is to be born of the water and the Spirit (Acts 10:47-48, John 3:5, Eph. 5:26, Titus 3:5).
