THE FLOWER MAKES HER SACRIFICE (PHOTO BY SHIRLEY RHODES)
In today’s lesson, I set before you a very important question for you to ponder, and that question is; “What Are You” Really” Willing to Sacrifice for the price that has been paid for your FREEDOM?” Pride, distrust, envy, hatred, anger, lack of commitment, and unwillingness to love those who strive against you in every way are just a few of the obstacles encountered in life, even when up against such odds, “What are you willing to sacrifice?”
Deciding to step out or move forth requires an in creditable amount of will power and self-discipline, much more than many of us are able to envision in our minds. Making sacrifices requires us to rethink our own agenda, knowing that in life there are no quick fixes. Jesus made that sacrifice in order for us to see and understand that it is possible to reroute the way we think in terms of our daily lives. It is the mission of “the Dark One” to create in each of us self-doubt and when we surrender control of our will we find ourselves on loosing grounds, where we become like a rubber band stretched and pulled so that there is no more room to expand.
So, the question is, “What Are You Willing to Sacrifice?”First of all you must be willing to admit that you are not your own, we are all sinnerssaved by grace. To sacrifice your will or desire to get to know more about Christ and his many teachings will become one of the greatest accomplishments of your life.
We live as mortal beings, yet we are spiritual, awareness brings about enlighten and we come into that knowledge by submission and change of attitude, no longer conditioned by how the world dictate who and whose we are.
What Are You Willing to Sacrifice? In Christ we become new creatures with meaning and purpose, willing to surrender our lives to a Savior who patiently waits. Admitting that we are sinners and in need of salvation is a start, acceptance, and total surrender of our lives brings us into an intimate relationship with Christ. We set aside “sacred moments” to allow the Holy Spirit to minister to our needs, learning to live in expectancy.
We must remember that God is not someone we bargain with; think of your relationship with your parents as a child, how you trusted them in all innocence, or your children dependence on you to meet their needs; Christ is the spiritual connection that brings wholeness, a sense of direction, and is the supplier of all that we need.
Knowing and trusting God to guide you as you journey places you under grace, when its sin verses grace, grace wins. Sin threatens us with death and that’s it. Grace, through Jesus gives us life that is never ending (Romans 5: 20-21). This means you must not give sin a vote in the way you conduct your lives.
THE BIRD LIVING FREE (PHOTO BY SHIRLEY RHODES)
What Are You Willing to Sacrifice? A relationship in Jesus gives us freedom, but we must first be willing to make the Sacrifice. When we do, He releases us from our chains of bondage that have been placed upon us by the world. He allows you to lift up your head towards the sky, straighten up your back, stiffen up your spin and provide you with the freedom to walk through the path of rigorousness and fear no evil. He will prepare a table before you in the present of your enemies, and take you to places that you could only begin to experience in your imagination. Yes, when you begin to live in the freedom of God, and surrender in obedience to His will, the chains of bondage will be removed and you will be free as a bird.
The question is, What Are You Willing to Sacrifice? It is well worth the sacrifice to allow the Holy Spirit to come into your life and learn in obedience the way of Jesus, follow the pattern he has so graciously left in place for all of us to follow. Always keep his teachings at the forefront of your spiritual mind and you will journey this life in peace no matter the obstacles.
WE ARE PROCLAIMING THE I AM THAT LIVES IN EACH ONE OF US
GOD IS THE I AM AND THE LIGHT OF THE UNIVERSE (PHOTO BY PASTOR DAVIS)
“I AM WHO I AM.” These simple words have been an enigma to man for centuries. He has reasoned that there must be a great mystical significance in them, and has meditated at length in hope that the enigma might be resolved. At the risk of oversimplification let us alter the tempo, the emphasis we put on the words. In doing so, they may well give depth of insight to us. “I AM WHO I AM.” Perhaps the infinite wisdom of our one transcendent God is saying to us that the “I AM” in you has arrived at some degree of self-awareness. Could it be that He is saying, ”I Am not something apart; I am that something in you that has perceived of identity”?
The Lord has spoken to us, and He has proclaimed, that He is, the, “I AM!” He said, “I am the Lord; I have called you in righteousness (Isaiah 42:6a ESV)
I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture. (John 10:9 ESV)
“I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6 ESV)
“I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live.” (John 11:25c,d ESV)
“I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst. (John 6:35 ESV).
I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. He who is a hired hand and not a shepherd, who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees, and the wolf snatches them and scatters them.He flees because he is a hired hand and cares nothing for the sheep. (John 10:11-13 ESV)
I am the good shepherd. I know my own and my own know me, just as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep. (John 10:14 ESV).
“I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in me that does not bear fruit he takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, that it may bear more fruit. Already you are clean because of the word that I have spoken to you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. (John 15:1-4 ESV)
I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bear much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.
I am the Vine and you are the Branches. When you learn the truth of who the “I AM,” that lives in you and come into the full and complete knowledge and understanding that, “In him was life, and the life was the light of men (John 1:4a ESV,”) then you will know the truth of these final words spoken by Jesus when he said, “If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my DISCIPLES. (John 15:7-8 ESV).
We bless this word to you that it may stir up the Holy Spirit that is alive inside of you and seeking the release of its full and unlimited powers that will propel you to any place or heights that you may desire. The choice is yours, what do you believe?
On this day as you begin to read and study this lesson, pause your thoughts and think on where you are in your life’s journey and know that the reason you are where you are is only by the mercy and grace of God’s favor. He has touched each one of us in a very special way and given us an opportunity to look within ourselves and understand why we are Blessed and Highly Favored on this day and all the days of our lives.
Now let us begin this study by first understanding the word “BLESSED.” It is a Greek word that is derived from the root mak, which means “large or “lengthy,” and means “fortunate” or “happy.” The Greek word was used in Greek literature, in the Septuagint (the Greek translation of the Old Testament,) and in the New Testament to describe the kind of happiness that comes from receiving divine favor. The word can be rendered happy. In the New Testament, it is usually passive; God is the One who is blessing or favoring the person. God says the Blessed person is a “HappyPerson” and He describes that person in this manner,“BLESSED is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.” ( Psalm 1:1-2)
OUR BLESSINGS AND FAVOR ARE IN THE RISING OF THE SUN (PHOTO BY PASTOR DAVIS)
In the Beatitudes, each one describes how to “Be Blessed.” They describe how the followers of Christ should live their lives. To be blessed means more than happiness, it means to be “favored” and “approved” by God.
Jesus gave the Sermon on the Mount and it challenged the teaching of the proud and legalistic religious leaders of the day. Itcalled people back to the messages of the Old Testament prophets who, like Jesus, had taught that God wants heartfelt obedience, not mere legalistic observing of laws and rituals.
Jesus is considered by scholars such as Weber to be an example of a charismatic religious leader. (Photo credit: Wikipedia)
The most well-known portion of the Sermon on the Mount is known as the Beatitudes. These are, a series of “blessings,” promised to those who exhibit, the attitude of God’s kingdom. They are called the “Beatitudes.”
In verse three, we note that the Beatitudes describe how Christ’s followers should live. According to worldly standards, the type of people whom Jesus described does not seem to be particularly blessed by God. However, God’s way of living usually contradicts the world. Jesus explained that “God blessed those who realize their need for him, for the kingdom of heaven is given to them.” Only those who humbly depend on God are admitted into the Kingdom of Heaven. The final consummation of all these rewards, and of the kingdom itself, lies in the future. However, the believers can already share in the kingdom by living out Jesus words.
In verse four it seems a contradiction in terms, Jesus explained that “God blesses those mourn, for they will be comforted,” tied with a Beatitudes in verse three, this means that humility (realization of one’s unworthiness before God) also require sorrow for sins. Whether Jesus followers mourn for sin or in suffering, God’s promise is sure that they will be comforted. Only God can take away sorrow for sin; only God can forgive and erase it. Only God can give comfort to those who suffer for his sake because they know their reward in the kingdom.
Blessed (happy, blithesome, joyous, spiritually prosperous–with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the meek (the mild, patient, long-suffering), for they shall inherit the earth!
Blessed and fortunate and happy and spiritually prosperous (in that state in which the born-again child of God [d]enjoys His favor and salvation) are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness (uprightness and right standing with God), for they shall be completely satisfied!
Blessed (happy, to be envied, and spiritually prosperous–with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy!
Blessed (happy, enviably fortunate, and spiritually prosperous–possessing the happiness produced by the experience of God’s favor and especially conditioned by the revelation of His grace, regardless of their outward conditions) are the pure in heart, for they shall see God!
Blessed (enjoying [l]enviable happiness, spiritually prosperous–with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the makers and maintainers of peace, for they shall be called the sons of God!
Blessed and happy and enviably fortunate and spiritually prosperous [r](in the state in which the born-again child of God enjoys and finds satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of his outward conditions) are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake (for being and doing right), for theirs is the kingdom of heaven!
Blessed (happy, to be envied, and spiritually prosperous–with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of your outward conditions) are you when people revile you and persecute you and say all kinds of evil things against you falsely on My account.
Be glad and supremely joyful, for your reward in heaven is great (strong and intense), for in this same way people persecuted the prophets who were before you. [II Chron. 36:16.]
Finally, Jesus described the way the disciples should respond to persecution; “be happy about it!” “Be very glad!” This refers to deep spiritual joy that is unhindered and unchanged by what happens in this present life. A person with righteous character can rejoice and be glad because of a promise: a great reward awaits you in heaven. The persecution will pale in comparison to the great reward.
Now I pray that this lesson speaks to each one of your hearts and you will fill the love, joy, peace and blessings that surround each one of you in a powerful way and that you will use this opportunity to bless someone else on this special day. It is truly the first day of the rest of your life. We love you and appreciate all that each one of you are doing to advance the work in God’s Kingdom.
PILOT MOUNTAIN, N.C. BE ENCOURAGED (PHOTO BY PASTOR DAVIS)
There is no mountain that is to high are valley to low that you can not climb. The process of getting to the top begins in your mind. You cannot climb up hill with down hill thoughts. What do you believe? Your thoughts will always manifest your reality. Good thoughts produce good results, negative thoughts produce negative results. Learn to think about the goodness of what God can do when you hold onto His unchanging hands. Look at this picture very carefully, and as you see it, try and understand it as a reality of the mountains that are in your life. Now try to remove this mountain out of your life. Jesus said you can command this mountain to move and it will obey your command. Do you believe? Click on this video clip and allow me to speak plainly to you about getting rid of the mountains in your life.
I pray that this lesson has been a blessing to your soul. If it has, why do share it with others and let it speak to them as well. Know in your heart that God has a blessing with your name on it, if you believe. DO YOU BELIEVE?
THOUGHTS ON MAKING A SACRIFICE (PHOTO BY SHIRLEY RHODES)
In today’s lesson, I set before you a very important question for you to ponder and that question is; What Are You” Really” Willing to Sacrifice for the price that has been paid for your FREEDOM? Pride, distrust, envy, hatred, anger, lack of commitment, and unwillingness to love those who strive against you in every way are just a few of the obstacles encountered in life, even when up against such odds, what are you willing to sacrifice?

To sacrifice your will or desire to get to know more about Christ and his many teachings will become one of the greatest accomplishments of your life.

Grace, through Jesus gives us life that is never ending (Romans 5: 20-21). This means you must not give sin a vote in the way you conduct your lives.
What Are You Willing to Sacrifice? A relationship in Jesus gives us freedom; you’re living in the freedom of God when you surrender in obedience to the will of the Father for your life.
In the context of the above statement, there are some of you who might have the odyssey to ask the question, why? Then I will respond in kind with these words, because your life today is a blessing to be cherished, although you might not see it this way. However, just being alive is a humbling experience that most of us take for granted. Nothing in this life is guaranteed, even our awaken this day. Therefore, if we learn to look on our lives as a blessing and the opportunity to praiseGod for all he has done for us, then we should be able to shout Hallelujah, God is good, and I am going to praise him no matter how difficult things may seem at this moment in my life. No one are no circumstances are beyond my ability to give God all my praises, for he has truly been good to me.
Now listen to how the Bible teaches us how we should praiseGod. It says,“ Hallelujah! You, who serve God, praiseGod! Just to speak his name is praise! Just to remember God is a blessing— now and tomorrow and always. From east to west, from dawn to dusk, keep lifting all your praises to God!
God is higher than anything and anyone, outshining everything you can see in the skies. Who can compare with God, our God, so majestically enthroned, Surveying his magnificent heavens and earth? He picks up the poor from out of the dirt, rescues the wretched who’ve been thrown out with the trash, Seats them among the honored guests, a place of honor among the brightest and best. He gives childless couples a family, gives them joy as the parents of children. Hallelujah! (Psalm 113:1-9 MSG).
Hallelujah! PraiseGod in his holy house of worship, praise him under the open skies; Praise him for his acts of power, praise him for his magnificent greatness; Praise with a blast on the trumpet, praise by strumming soft strings; Praise him with castanets and dance, praise him with banjo and flute; Praise him with cymbals and a big bass drum, praise him with fiddles and mandolin. Let every living, breathing creature praiseGod! Hallelujah! (Psalm 150 MSG).
Now if you are one of those people who are wondering why your life and the life of your family is in such poor condition, think on this message of praise, and if you are not giving God all your praises day by day then the answer should be quite simple, and the solution to being able to get God to bless your life and lift you up out of poverty is to begin praising God for whatsoever condition you might find yourself in. Just open your mouth and praise him even if you are facing eviction from your home are apartment, no food to eat, no job to go to, your marriage are relationship has fallen apart, you have been stricken with a crippling decease, you ought to look towards heaven and say, thank you Jesus for this opportunity to praise you, because I know that the conditions that I find myself in today, shall be no more. Thank you for allowing me to experience your marvelous light of this day. From this moment forward, I am going to praise you, HALLELUJAH!
MY MAXIMIZE PRAYER FOR YOU TODAY:
Today, heavenly father, I lift you up with all praises and thanksgiving as I give you all the glory for all that you have done in my life and the lives of the people that you have allowed the words of this ministry to touch throughout the world. For you are God and there is no other greater than you. I thank you Father for the supernatural power that is working in the lives of your children throughout the world. In Jesus name we pray. Amen! My brothers and sisters, I minister to you from a position of peace, power, purpose and prosperity. I reamin your brother in CHRIST, PASTOR DAVIS/MASTER TEACHER!
Good Morning to all of God’s Children, welcome to our VIRTUAL CHURCH SERVICE, and we thank God for another Sunday that we all can gather together in His name and Worship Him. On last Sunday we celebrated one of the greatest moments in History, which was the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior. Today, we continue in that same Spirit of Joy because without the Resurrection there would be nothing for us to live for. However, because of the Resurrection we have been made FREE. Let us begin our Praise Service this morning with a son by the World’s greatest praise Leader, our brother in Christ, Brother Ron Kenoly as he leads us in this awesome praise song, title, Anointing Fall on me. Just click and let’s enjoy this message together.
The sacrifice of the MESSIAH, his blood poured out on the altar of the Cross, we’re a FREE PEOPLE—FREE of penalties and punishments chalked up by all our misdeeds. And not just barely FREE, either, but ABUNDANTLY FREE! He thought of everything, provided for everything we could possibly need, letting us in on the plans he took such delight in making. He set it all out before us in CHRIST, a long-range plan in which everything would be brought together and summed up in him, everything in deepest heaven, and everything on planet earth. (EPHESIANS 1:7-10 MSG)
Now click on this Video Clip and be BLESSED with our morning prayer, by God’s Chosen Servant. Dr. Arthur Ben Faust.
The fullness of GOD’S grace is beyond human appreciation, comprehension or full knowledge. The riches of His goodness cannot be expressed or described by mortal tongue. We can only attempt to describe it, and our best efforts will be a puny approximation. We can admire the beauty of divine grace, but we cannot really explore its depths. At best we can only stand in awe at what we see.
This next Video Clip is sure to take you to a place that will bless your soul and lift your Spirits higher than they have ever been lifted before. It is truly a lasting memory for us to enjoy by a truly anointed Woman of God, Sister Mahalia Jackson. Now let her minister to your soul this morning.
O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and unfathomable his ways! For who has known the mind of the LORD, or who became his counselor? Or who has first given to him that it might be paid back to him again? For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be the glory forever. Amen. (Rom. 11:33-36.)
So we’re not giving up. How could we! Even though on the outside it often looks like things are falling apart on us, on the inside, where God is making new life, not a day goes by without his unfolding grace. These hard times are small potatoes compared to the coming good times, the lavish celebration prepared for us. There’s far more here than meets the eye. The things we see now are here today, gone tomorrow. But the things we can’t see now will last forever. (Corinthians 4:16-18 MSG) Now listen to this video message of praise. Worthy is the Lamb.
We’re depending on God;
he’s everything we need.
What’s more, our hearts brim with joy
since we’ve taken for our own his holy name.
Love us, God, with all you’ve got—
that’s what we’re depending on. (Psalms 33:20-22 MSG)
We thank all of you that have attended our VIRTUAL SUNDAY MORNING PRAYER, PRAISE AND WORSHIP SERVICE. REMOVE THE BALLS AND CHAINS AND BE LIFTED UP ON WINGS OF ASPIRATION
CHILDREN OF GOD know in your hearts, that this day is the very first day of the rest of your life. Yesterday
BALL AND CHAINS KEEP YOU IN BONDAGE…
is gone and tomorrow is not promised, Therefore, I encourage you, to take flight this day and the ball and chain that have been keeping you from receiving your blessings, remove them and lift off on the wings of Aspiration. For this day, this moment is the only time that matters. God is calling you, now listen for His voice and do not allow SATAN’S voice to drown out your blessings. God is still in control. Let your mind take flight today and begin to see the beauty of all that God has to offer. God is waiting for you right now, to begin your flight, “and fly high on the wings of Aspiration!”
When your mind becomes Calm and you find Peace within yourself, you will begin to discover by taking flight on the wings of aspiration, you can rises from
THE TIME TO BE LIFTED UP ON THE WINGS OF ASPIRATION IS NOW…
earth to heaven, from ignorance to knowledge, from the under darkness to the upper light.
Without it, you will simply remain a groveling animal, earthly, sensual, unenlightened, and uninspired. Aspiration is the longing for heavenly things, for righteousness, compassion, purity, love, as distinguished from desire, which is the longing for earthly things, for selfish possessions, personal dominance, low pleasures, and sensual gratifications.
For one to aspire, means that he or she is dissatisfied with their low estate, and is aiming at a higher condition. It is a sure sign that you will be roused out of your lethargic sleep of animalist, and you have become conscious of nobler attainments and a fuller life. You are now flying high on the wings of aspiration. Now think deeply on this, and begin to enjoy the very first day of your brand new life. God gave it to you, now take advantage of your brand new wings and fulfill your dreams.
Truly, you are the master of your destination, where it leads you is the exact place that has been running around in your thoughts. Your Mind is the Master over all things. Keep it Calm, Keep it Clear, and learn to live each day as a brand new day in Peace, no matter what the situation around you may be, lift up your eyes towards the Heavenly things and be lifted up on THE WINGS OF ASPIRATION. The choice is yours, what are you going to do?
I have ministered this message to you this day from a Spirit filled Mind that God has spoken His Thoughts of Wisdom and Knowledge into, and said, “My Servant, be obedient to the truth of My Word and share it with both the Believers as well as Non Believers. My Word is like a two edge sword, it cuts both to the right as well as to the left.” May God’s grace and mercy be yours to enjoy this day.
The Beautiful Trees of Nature (Photo by Pastor Davis)
Truly I say to you this day, in all that you do, lift up your eyes towards heaven and learn to thank God, honor God and to praise God daily, and watch Him fill you with knowledge and power, as He lifts you out of darkness and into His Marvelous light with the understanding that, “TODAY YOU ARE TRULY BLESSED AND HIGHLY FAVORED,” and you will begin to experience his blessing and His anointing favor over your entire life.
Praise the Lord! Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens! Praise him for his mighty deeds; praise him according to his excellent greatness! Praise him with trumpet sound; praise him with lute and harp! Praise him with tambourine and dance; praise him with strings and pipe! Praise him with sounding cymbals; praise him with loud clashing cymbals! Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! (Psalms 150 ESV)
How is this possible, because the Bible speaks clearly and says this, “Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who greatly delights in his commandments? His offspring will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed. Wealth and riches are in his house, and his righteousness endures forever. Light dawns in the darkness for the upright; he is gracious, merciful, and righteous. It is well with the man who deals generously and lends; who conducts his affairs with justice. For the righteous will never be moved; he will be remembered forever.
He is not afraid of bad news; his heart is firm, trusting in the Lord. His heart is steady; he will not be afraid, until he looks in triumph on his adversaries. He has distributed freely; he has given to the poor; his righteousness endures forever his horn is exalted in honor. The wicked man sees it and is angry; he gnashes his teeth and melts away; the desire of the wicked will perish! (Psalms 112 ESV)
Yes my friends, when you awaken this morning, you were truly blessed and highly favored. For God allowed you to open your eyes and absolve all the beauty and grace that your mind could comprehend. Nothing was off limits to you. Whatever choice you made this day was yours and yours alone. For the Bible clearly tells us, “choose this day who you will serve.” But for me and my family, I choose to serve and follow Jesus.
You must taste the happiness, and know by personal experience the blessedness of having Jesus in your heart. Then His Spirit of holiness and humility, of love and self-sacrifice, and of courage and power will become as natural as your own spirit.
Your life this day is a blessing to God, to your family, to your friends, to your community, to your church and all those that God has placed in your pathway. You are the head and not the tail, your life is flowing like a mighty river as its waters flow towards the sea, you are blossoming and becoming more beautiful, loving and kind heart, like the most beautiful roses that blossoms and spreads its beauty and aromas for the world to partake off. Your family, friends and co-workers see you in a brand new light. You have tasted the spirit of freedom, and the Holy Spirit is now dwelling and stirring deep within your soul. Your true nature and limitless spirit now sours high above the clouds like a giant eagle when he has mastered the freedom of flight. Now you know without a shadow of doubt that it was no one but God that shook you, awaken you, opened your eyes, lifted you out of that bed, and spoke these words to you in a crystal clear voice as He said, “TODAY YOU ARE TRULY BLESSED AND HIGHLY FAVORED!”
The article that you will read here is not written by me or anyone on our staff. I received it in an unsigned email. We normally do not post unsigned work, but this one was so touching it was hard to resist. If we have used someone’s work here in error, please email us an we will give you credit for this post. It offers a word of encouragement for all of us to live by.
One day, a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door to pay his way through school, found he had only one thin dime left, and he was hungry.
He decided he would ask for a meal at the next house. However, he lost his nerve when a lovely young woman opened the door.
Instead of a meal he asked for a drink of water. She thought he looked hungry so she brought him a large glass of milk. He drank it so slowly, and then asked, ‘How much do I owe you?’
‘You don’t owe me anything,’ she replied. ‘Mother has taught us never to accept pay for a kindness.’
He said … ‘Then I thank you from the bottom of my heart.’ As Howard Kelly left that house, he not only felt stronger physically, but his faith in God and man was strong also. He had been ready to give up and quit…Many years’ later that same young woman became critically ill. The local doctors were baffled. They finally sent her to the big city, where they called in specialists to study her rare disease.
Dr. Howard Kelly was called in for the consultation. When he heard the name of the town she came from, a strange light filled his eyes. Immediately he rose and went down the hall of the hospital to her room. Dressed in his doctor’s gown he went in to see her. He recognized her at once. He went back to the consultation room determined to do his best to save her life. From that day he gave special attention to her case. After a long struggle, the battle was won. Dr. Kelly requested the business office to pass the final bill to him for approval. He looked at it, and then wrote something on the edge, and the bill was sent to her room. She feared to open it, for she was sure it would take the rest of her life to pay for it all. Finally she looked, and something caught her attention on the side of the bill. She read these words … ‘Paid in full with one glass of milk’
(Signed) Dr. Howard Kelly.
Tears of joy flooded her eyes as her happy heart prayed: ‘Thank You God that your love has spread broad through human hearts and hands.’
There’s a saying which goes something like this: Bread casted on the waters comes back to you. The good deed you do today may benefit you or someone you love at the least expected time. If you never see the deed again at least you will have made the world a better place – And, after all, isn’t that what life is all about?
MOMENTS OF REFLECTIONS THE ENDING AND THE BEGINNING (PHOTO BY SHIRLEY RHODES)
THE ENDING AND THE BEGINNING
The fullness of God’s grace is beyond our human appreciation, comprehension or full knowledge. The riches of His goodness cannot be expressed or described by mortal tongue. We can only attempt to describe it, and our best efforts will be a puny approximation. We can admire the beauty of His divine grace, but we cannot really explore its depths. At best we can only stand in awe at what we have seen and live in the expectance of what is yet to come. Through God’s grace we have survived the trials and tribulation of a year of ups and downs in many areas of our lives. We now stand at the end and await the beginning of the new.
The Endings and Beginnings are a part of who we are as well as the process we all go through in life. Jesus last day upon the cross was truly a lesson for all of us to learn concerning our own lives. When we pause and reflect upon the last day, we quickly realize so much has happened, struggle, decisions, choice and chance; yet we have so much to be thankful for, there are even moments we can look back on with pride and accomplishment. What to do with our learning experiences, stop and take stock (think); what have I accomplished that makes me proud, did I reach goals I set for myself this time last year?
What ever happened this year is behind us and those moments can never be reclaimed, they are endings.
This day and this moment is truly a brand new beginning, letting go of ways that are not beneficial such as anger, resentment, fears, allow those things to become part of our experiences we grow from and then release them. Let’s become more diligent in our prayer life, pray for joy, peace, directions and for everyone whether we know them or not. Let us make room in our hearts, our lives to fellowship and set side time for introspection with our higher power, the source, the light, the bread of life, remembering to follow the patternJesus gave so that we might live productive lives.
Endings and Beginnings: Our spiritual identity is our soul, our spirit and that never change.
Life takes us through changes that enhance our character and instills values in our lives developing our inner being and helping us to discover who we really are. We go through many changes in a life time before we find out who we really are and what we have to give. One thing is certain, we should always see ourselves as valuable even though others may not recognize and/or accept that fact.
No matter what role or purpose we’ve been assigned in this life; knowledge we gain through the process, keep it close to heart as Wisdom teachings. Proverbs remind us in this way: Collect my counsels and guard them with your life, tune your ears to the world of Wisdom. Set your heart on a life of Understanding, make insight your priority and don’t take no for an answer, before you know it Fear of God will be yours; you’ll have come upon the Knowledge of God (Proverbs 2:1-5). God gives out Wisdom free and is plainspoken in Knowledge and Understanding. He is a rich mine of Common Sense for those who live well (6). He controls our Endings and Beginnings so why not learn to trust him with an obedient heart and attitude, which pleases Him.
This is the time of year to reflect on where we’ve been; a time to release those things (ways) that hinder our growth and the time to look forward to a new year encouraged with optimism, strength and courage. Learn from the Endings and embrace new Beginnings, make this year about renewal, commitment, caring and sharing. Grow in God’s Grace and Love.
Make it a Brand New Beginning!!
When we think about where we have been this past year and how we have managed to come through it all, we must confront this one truth, and that is simply this, “Our God is truly an awesome God.Have you ever come on anything quite like this extravagant generosity of God, this deep, deep wisdom? It’s way over our heads. We’ll never figure it out. Is there anyone around who can explain God? Anyone smart enough to tell Him what to do; anyone who has done Him such a huge favor that God has to ask His advice? Everything comes from Him, Everything happens through him; everything ends up in Him. Always glory! Always praise! Yes, Yes, Yes!” Romans 11:33-36.
Now as you make plans for this Brand New Beginning we encourage you to grow in God’s Grace, make this a happy, joyful, safe and prospers New Beginning. Click on this video clip sit back relax and allow the sounds of the water to minister to you as you reflect on your Brand New Beginning that lies ahead. May God bless you abundantly, in Jesus name, Amen!

THE CROSS IS THE HEART OF GOD (PHOTO BY PASTOR DAVIS)
Good Morning to all God’s people where ever you may be, it is Monday Morning, the beginning of a brand new week. As you leave your homes and families and begin your journey to execute the task that you have been given, we want you to be encouraged by the word of God, with His entire blessings of love, peace and power, to overcome the many trials and tribulations that will come upon you this day. “PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD!”
We encourage you, in all that you may do, too know the truth, know the word and use it as your weapon to fight evil wherever it may exist. For this is truly a brand new day that God has made for you and I want you to rejoice and be glad in it. He has chosen each one of you for a very specific task this week and he has given you a purpose for carrying it out, and pointed you in the right direction that will enable you to be successful on your all important assignment.
Now finally, the people of God, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
Therefore take up the whole armor of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication.
To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints, and also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak. (Ephesians 6:10-20 ESV)
Now have no doubts that the devil is waiting to take you down, and keep you from receiving your crown, but the choice is yours, obey the word of God and the devil can never be in charge. PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD. We bless this word to you this morning that you will receive it in the manner that it is given and share it with all those that you love as a word of encouragement and protection of their souls, in Jesus name, AMEN!
Finally, let me ENCOURAGE you this day to allow God to fill your days and weeks with OPTIMIST as you grow in His grace. Know in your heart that all things are possible for those who can believe in the possibilities of a greater tomorrow. Click on this short video clip and listen carefully to how you can become a true optimist and discover many possibilities of your true greatness.

MYSTERY EVERYWHERE THE TREES BUDDING THE BIRDS SINGING (PHOTO BY SHIRLEY RHODES)
I begin my day as I do in most days with a brisk walk in the early morning dew. As I walk, I see the MYSTERY OF GODEVERYWHERE, and in everything. The birds chirping and singing praise, the trees budding, and the freshness of the morning air enters my body, lifts my spirits and brings joy and excitement to my soul like nothing else I have ever experience before. Nothing but THE MYSTERY OF GOD EVERYWHERE!
The dictionary describes the word MYSTERY as, “a religious truth that one can know only by revelation and cannot fully understand.”
As I sit and looked at my computer screen, my mind was deep in thought watching each blink of the cursor urging me to begin writing something. I ask God, “to let it be with me, feed me with strength and endurance, give me knowledge wisdom and understanding of things I cannot see, because I know yourMYSTERY IS EVERYWHERE. At any given moment LORD, make me at home in your WORD, my plea.”
There will come a point in our lives when we will come to realize that the “WORLD” we live in is not a neat tidy place in which we are able to gain control on our own, without God we are useless, nothing. It is part of THE GREAT MYSTERY!
THE GREAT MYSTERY OF THE EARLY MORNING SUNRISE (PHOTO BY SHIRLEY RHODES)
What we experience from a “WORDLY” perspective are situations we encounter in some way daily; suffering, injustice, ugliness in attitude and behaviors, pain, poverty, abuse, just a few of what the “WORLD” offers sin-starved cluttered minds of IMIGATION.
The beauty in all of this is that in God’s World, we are able to find love and forgiveness, release from our short-comings. God’s World offers grace, freedom, mercy, joy, sacrifice, love…everything is included in his love, relationship, teaching/training, and correction/discipline, loving and saving us all the way until we are finally able to comprehend the fullness of the MYSTERY EVERYWHEREin his presence.
Chosen of God: When we are open and willing to accept Christ and his teachings, we share in the MYSTERY EVERYWHERE, which surrounds us. Until we come to know and operate within the principles of his teachings we are unable to reach fulfillment. Unless we open our hearts and minds, it’s easy to misunderstand how God works, how we become part of his secured possession.
What we must realize is that the “root” of a solid spiritual life is embedded in our relationship between people and God; we are no longer our “separate self” we are all “interconnected” in some way.
Everything we do, think or feel is who we are in Christ; we often seek a religion or faith that gives us access to God, expecting to do so with-out having to be “bothered” with people or only” bothered when we so desire”. That’s the beauty of theMYSTERY EVERYWHERE, our very existence is composed and shaped by all we are able to see, touch, hear, taste and smell. So we are in the presence of God, the MYSTERY EVERYWHERE when we are open and ready to receive such gifts that are from above, not “man-made”. We learn to live our earthly existence in expectancy of what is yet to come, that’s the exciting part of our reality, it is therefore most advisable to stay centered and remain focused because we know “Joy” waits for all willing to become a part of the pattern.
In order to share in theMYSTERY EVERYWHERE, we must learn to release, to let go of negative thoughts and things that tend to pull you of course, reaffirm these thoughts as you journey: “I release my spirit into the wind, where there are no boundaries or obstacles, to freely soar above the worldly elements that threaten to drain the very source that gives life. I soar free in spirit interacting with those that welcome me as I am, dear Lord, let it be with me just as you say, allow me to share in the MYSTERY EVERYWHERE; where-ever I may journey, uninhibited, unrestrained.” Thank you Heavenly Father, for allowing me to see and be a part of your MYSTERY EVERYWHERE! Today, my soul is FREE and I lift up my hands, rejoice, worship and praise you.
Thank you for visiting, reading and studying with us; may you enjoy the natural beauty of God’s Mysteries Everywhere in all that you do each and everyday. Click on the link below and visit our youtube teaching channel: http://www.youtube.com/davistheteacher/
“He that believeth in me, out of his heart shall flow rivers of living water.”
The River of Life (Photo by Pastor Davis)
Jesus replied, I am the Bread of Life. He who comes to Me will never be hungry, and he who believes in and cleaves to and trusts in and relies on Me will never thirst any more (at any time).
(John 6:35) (AMP)Christ shows that he is the true Bread; he is to the soul what bread is to the body, nourishes and supports the spiritual life. He is the Bread of God. Bread which the Father gives, which he has made to be the food of our souls. Bread nourishes only by the powers of a living body; but Christ is himself living Bread, and nourishes by his own power.
He who believes in Me [who cleaves to and trusts in and relies on Me] as the Scripture has said, From his innermost being shall flow [continuously] springs and rivers of living water. (John 7:38) (AMP) Can anything that is full become still fuller? Yes, undoubtedly it can become so full that it always overflows. This thirst means strong desires after spiritual blessings, which nothing else can satisfy; so the sanctifying and comforting influences of the Holy Spirit, were intended by the waters which Jesus called on them to come to Him and drink. The comfort flows plentifully and constantly as a river; strong as a stream to bear down the opposition of doubts and fears. Click on this short video clip, watch and meditate on what this verse means to you.
This is what our Lord promises to His believing disciples. At the outset, faith in Him gives them the blessing that they will never thirst. However, as they advance and become stronger in the faith, it makes them a fountain of water out of which streams flow to others. The Spirit who at first only fills us will overflow out of us to souls around us.
THE RIVER OF LIVING WATERS (PHOTO BY PASTOR DAVIS)
The rivers of living water can be compared with many fountains on earth. When we begin to open them, the stream is weak. The more the water is used, and the more deeply the source is opened up, the stronger the water flows. In the realm of the spiritual life, let us discover what is necessary to secure the fullness of the Spirit constantly flowing from us. Several simple directions may help us in reaching this knowledge.
Truly, you know what the Scripture says, “All the promises of God in him are Yea, and in him Amen, to the glory of God by us” (2 Corinthians 1:20). When the Lord spoke of rivers of living water, He connected the promise with faith in Himself: “He that believeth in me, out of his heart shall flow rivers.” If we only understood that word “believeth” rightly, we would require no other answer than this to the question as to how the blessing may be increased.
Faith is primarily a seeing by the Spirit that Jesus is nothing but a flowing fountain of the divine love. The Spirit Himself always flows from Him as the bearer of the life that this love brings and that always streams forth in love. Then it is an embracing of the promise, an appropriation of the blessing as it is provided in Christ, a resting in the certainty of it, and a thanking God for what He is yet to do.
Thereafter, faith is keeping the soul open so that Christ can come in with the blessing, take possession, and fill all. Faith becomes the most fervent and unbroken communion between the soul in which Christ obtains His place and is enthroned in the heart.
Learn the lesson that, if you believe, you will see the glory of God. Let every doubt, every weakness, every temptation find you trusting, rejoicing, and reckoning on Jesus always to work all in you.
A believer can encounter and strive against sin in two ways. One is to endeavor to ward it off with all his might, seeking his strength in the Word and in prayer. In this form of conflict, we use the power of the will. The other is to turn at the very moment of the temptation to the Lord Jesus in the silent exercise of faith and say to Him: “Lord, I have no strength. You are my Keeper.”
This is the method of faith. “This is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith” (1 John 5:4). Jesus, who is in Himself the one thing needed, can maintain the work of His Spirit in us. By exercising faith without ceasing, the blessing will flow without ceasing.
Christ must be all to us every moment. It is of no avail to me that I have life on earth unless that life is renewed every moment by my breathing fresh air. Even so God must actually renew and strengthen the divine life in me every moment. He does this for me in my union with Christ. Christ is simply the fullness of God, the life of God, and the love of God prepared for us and communicating itself to us. The Spirit is simply the fullness of Christ, the life of Christ, and the self-communicating love of Christ surrounding us as the air surrounds the body.
Let us believe that we are in Christ, who surrounds us in His heavenly power, longing to make the rivers of His Spirit flow forth through us! Let us endeavor to obtain a heart filled with the joyful assurance that the Almighty Lord will fulfill His word with power. Our only choice is to see Him, to rejoice in Him, and to sacrifice all for Him. Then His word will become true: “He that believeth in me, out of his heart shall flow rivers of living water.”
May our peace, love and blessings rest with you now and forever, in Jesus name, we pray, Amen. I remain your brother in Jesus Christ, Pastor Davis!
Today, as we begin studying this lesson, pause your thoughts for a moment and think deeply on how blessed you are to be right where you are at this very moment in time. Now understand that all of our Blessings are a gift from God, learning to recognize the vastness of his love and generosity enables us to find pleasure in praise and thanksgiving as we show gratitude and appreciation; each hurdle triumphed, is reason enough to be thankful, in so doing we should consider ourselves blessed. Jesus taught many principle’s about blessings and by following that pattern we are able to grasp the light that leads us from moments of darkness we sometimes face, to the brightness of his glory.
THE LIGHT THAT LEADS US FROM DARKNESS TO THE BRIGHTNESS OF GOD’S GLORY (PHOTO BY PASTOR DAVIS)
Jesus says, “You’re blessed when you’ve lost it all, God’s kingdom is there for the finding. You’re blessed when tears flow freely, joy comes in the morning. Every time someone cuts you down, smears and blackens your name,” count it all joy, others sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ have been treated with acts of hate due to their own ignorance or lack of will to understand the pattern, its true meaning. Those who are able to grasp the richness of it all, I can truly say, we should consider ourselves blessed.
Following the pattern is not without sacrifice in this earthly journey, trouble is all around and where-ever we find ourselves, we must remember to stay focused, keep your eyes on the prize, because we’re in a race for our very souls. If you are satisfied with yourself, trouble is ahead; your “self” will not satisfy you for long. Living for the approval of others, doing what indulges them is as if you’re in a contest to win favor, remember our task is to be true, not popular. We should consider ourselves blessed once we’ve been chosen to share in the “promise” which is available to all who are hungry, seeking truth and righteousness.
Sometimes we may find ourselves drifting away like the wind, avoiding our true selves while the gentle voice of Jesus whispers come on back home, surrender, give up the fight, lift your eyes toward the heavens my child, you are the love of my life, then we should consider ourselves blessed.
Stir up the fallow ground (cultivate the soil), and let go of the “old order”, disobedience, mistrust, spiritual disorder-malice, envy, hurtful talk/attitude. Seize the “new order”, rebuild, renew, and respond to the offer of “Love Unconditionally.” As you realize that our Blessings are a Gift from God, and they encourages each of us to allow the Holy Spirit to be our guide; we become alert, alive, listening, agreeable, lovable and humble and filled with compassion. We Are Surrounded by the Presence of God! At this very moment, we should be able to lift up Holy Hands, praise God, thank God and shout glory hallelujah!
When your faith kicks in and your mind has conceived these thoughts, then you will understand just how blessed you really are at this very moment. You come into the full knowledge and understanding, that it was nothing but God’s grace and mercy that has allowed you to be in this exact place at this very moment.
Now listen up, to God’s anointing over your life, He says to you, “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the lawof the Lord, and on his law he meditates day and night. He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers. The wicked are not so, but are like chaff that the wind drives away.” (Psalm 1:1-4 ESV)

BECOMING A MEMBER IN THE CHRISTIAN HEAVENLY BANK ACCOUNT
When we as Believers, come into the full knowledge and understanding, that we belong to Christ and as such, He has provided us with exclusive membership in the Christian Heavenly Bank Account, we need to let our hearts overflow with Thanksgiving and Praise.
As we seek to embrace the life Christ chooses to follow, sharing all, let us do the same with a heart filled with thanksgiving and praise. Freedom in Jesus Christ moves us to higher levels where we have access to blessings our mortal minds can only imagine. Choosing to ignore the vastness and magnitude of such riches through grace and mercy is like choosing to ignore the “promise.” With a heart filled with thanksgiving and praise we enter a realm of wealth where all our needs are met.
In the book of Ephesians, it is addressed to a group of believers who are rich beyond measures in Jesus Christ. Even though these believers lived in faith, they were living as beggars only because they were ignorant of their wealth, theSource of all necessities. In this letter written by Paul the Apostle is a description of what isreadily available to all of us through Jesus Christ.
Now as you read this paragraph, I encourage you to think deeply on it, Meditate on it, pray about it as you allow it to bring you truly into the full manifestation of knowledge, power and understanding of what Christ has provided for those of us who truly believe in Him. This is what your Membership provides for you in The Christians‘ heavenly “bank account”: adoption, acceptance, redemption, forgiveness, wisdom, inheritance, the seal of theHoly Spirit, life, grace, citizenship, peace, in other words every spiritual blessing that comes through a relationship with Jesus Christ, is provided for all believers with Membership in the Christian Heavenly Bank Account.”
Christians should always remember that this is a spiritual walk rooted in spiritual wealth,“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works …that we should walk in them”(1-3); (4-6); (2:10).
We are blessed by God our Master who takes us to high places of blessing in him. Even before the earth’s foundation, he had us in mind and we are the sole focus of his love to be made whole and holy. Long ago that he made the decision to adopt us into his family through his Son Jesus Christ. The sole purpose is for us to share in his grace, love and mercy so that we enter into the celebration of his lavish gift giving by the hand of his beloved Son.
“The Promise” makes us complete by acceptance into the Family, a family based on genuine love and care for one another. We no longer have to wander, the kingdom of faith is our home country, and we all belong here. We are part of God’s eternal plan, as he construct and build his kingdom block by block we are included in the process of laying a solid foundation. We see it taking place day by day–a holy temple built by God. God is a God of immense mercy and incredible love. Through his Son we are alive, picked up from where we are and now accepted into highest heaven with him, it’s his gift to us.
Humility
We’ve been redeemed, repurchased, paid for, that is the Promise to mankind. Through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ we can consider ourselves redeemed, he has paid the price. Following the pattern and plan of Christ Jesus we become one in our purpose, attitude, goal and work. And able to become united and filled with the joy he offers we must be willing to humble ourselves and change our way of thinking. We must “be renewed in the Spirit of our minds” (Ephesians 4:23; Romans 12:2 and Colossians 3:10). Imagine the depth of such blessings lavished on us because “we have been redeemed, paid for, praises our most High God, God of the entire universe.
With our hearts filled with thanksgiving and praise let us be mindful of the “sacrifice” that has allowed each of us the opportunity to share in many blessings as a favor from God our Master. Grasp the gift in love, joy, peace and harmony.
May each one of your lives be filled with love, laughter, joy and peace everlasting. This is my prayer for you, thank you for visiting, and studying with us. We love you and appreciate each one of you for your participation in the building of God’s Kingdom. You are truly a blessing to our soul.
OVER COMING OUR FEARS WHEN WE MOVE FROM OUR COMFORT ZONE
WRITTEN BY SHIRLEY RHODES
THE GARDEN OF EDEN WAS ADAM AND EVE’S COMFORT ZONE (PHOTO BY SHIRLEY RHODES)
Part 2: Moving from our Comfort Zone:
This is God’s Promise to us when we are willing to move and go where we have never gone before:
Often we feel we are set for life in the way we prepare, such as education, jobs, family and those things that contribute to our productivity. How often do we slow down, take a moment of solitude to reflect on how we’ve managed to move forth as well as express moments of gratitude or thanksgiving. Becoming comfortable where we are can put us at a disadvantage, we fail to see the full picture of where God wants to take us. It is so easy to assume a routine mundane life pattern, yet God has promised us abundant glorious living in heavenly places, if only we are able to comprehend the full meaning of his promise.
Focus: Moving From the Comfort Zone
Consider Moses and the Israelites when he in obedience to the call of God, followed instructions. Once freedom from bondage was no longer a yoke around their necks, they soon lost focus of the vision and began to grumble and complain (as we do today). When we find ourselves in certain positions do we revert to the past or continue on until we come face to face with reality. The Israelite complained, “If only we had died by the Lord’s hand in Egypt! There we sat around pots of meat and ate all the food we wanted (comfort zone), but you (Moses and Aaron) have brought us into this desert to starve this entire assembly to death” (Exodus 16:3, NIV).
The Israelites had lost sight of the long term goal soon into their journey. But God, being the God he is (Love), listened and responded. Are we so different today? What we must do is believe and trust God, allow room in our lives to give ample space and time for growth his way.
When we move from the comfort zone we soon realize that what we gain here really has little value considering the bigger picture and where the Holy Spirit wants to take us. Through the many toils of this life we can very easily lose focus as to our purpose here if we get so relaxed and feel there is no need to move from the comfort zone. Within the confines of our comfort zone do we even think of others, do we take a moment to pray for them, do we share as Jesus did without hesitation? Much is required when we as Christians decides to take up our cross and follow the pattern Jesus gave. Jesus never grumbled when he was about his mission simply because it was a mission of love outside the comfort zone, touching lives while ministering to the people.
Consider the many followers of Christ, when you read scripture you find them on their mission with no specific destination in mind within this earthly journey. Paul said, “I give up all that inferior stuff so I could know Christ personally, experience his resurrection power, be a partner in his suffering and go all the way with him to death itself” (Philippians 3:10-11). He was willing to move from the comfort zone no matter the cost.
Moving from the comfort zone will at times bring us into direct contact with obstacles and may cause us to lose focus, because we are caught up in the moment, forgetting whose we are. If we want what God has for us, we must stay focused on that goal. Even if our circumstances push us from the comfort zone we are blessed beyond measures. We belong to Christ and are therefore “citizens of high heaven”. When the Master Jesus arrives he will transform our earthly bodies into glorious bodies like his own, he’ll make us beautiful and whole.
In conclusion, when we are able to recognize the fact that times will come where we find ourselves moving from the comfort zone, willingly or unwillingly, we must rely on the Master to carry us through. So if we find ourselves worrying about what we do or do not have, making choices and decisions we are unsure of or whatever life throws our way, simply set aside time to pray. As Paul so simply stated, “meditating on things that are true, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious–the best not the worst” (Philippians 4:8-9 MGS), learn to find contentment in whatever state we may find our-selves. Be thankful and embrace the message of our Master Jesus, love people where they are because our mission is not to change people but to give them insight into what it is God has to offer, spiritual blessings so much so that our minds cannot even begin to imagine.
The year ends, and the last day we realize so much has happened, struggle, decisions, choice and chance; yet we have so much to be thankful for, there are even moments we can look back on with pride and accomplishment. What to do with our learning experiences, stop and take stock (think); what have I accomplished that makes me proud, did I reach goals I set for myself this time last year?
What ever happened this year is behind us and those moments can never be reclaimed, they are endings.
A new year is time for new beginnings, letting go of ways that are not beneficial such as anger, resentment, fears, allow those things to become part of our experiences we grow from and then release them.
