Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. (Mark 11:23-24ESV)
Follow, Ask, Seek, and Go, what more do we need? Listen and Learn from the Teacher, Preacher ,,and Healer; Jesus, who took his assignment, his mission seriously. Concerned about the plight of all people he diligently sought to deliver the Message the way God intended. His intended purpose, to help us understand who we are and to whom we belong. He came to erase the guilt and stain of sin from our lives in order that we might be able to spend eternity in the presence of the Most Holy of Holiness, eternally.
The works of the Lord are great, studied by all who have pleasure in them. His work is honorable and glorious and His righteousness endures forever (Psalm111:4-3). Jesus encourages us to, “Come, all who labor and are heavy laden, I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn of me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, you’ll find rest for your soul (Matthew 11:28). He encourages us to seek him out and in doing so we will find in him peace and joy unlike anything we’ll ever experience.
Jesus the Teacher: As he began his earthly ministry it centered on people from every walk of life. Getting them to slow down and listen to his message was a task he carried out diligently no matter attempts to side-track him. Even in choosing his closest followers (his disciples) he was not concerned about whom they were, yet he knew that in them there were possibilities to help perfect God’s plan for the human race.
Jesus preached God’s Kingdom and taught people the truth about God, the process for renewal of spirit, grace and mercy. His word encourages hearts when it seems as if there is no one to turn too, no hope. He therefore wants each of us to diligently seek him, for he says, “Ask and it will be given to you, seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened (Matthew 7:7). In his sermons he was always striving to relate his teaching in simplicity, it is therefore much easier to understand and apply his word to our lives when we set aside time to fellowshipwith him, because he is a Teacher, Preacher and Healer of great importance.
Jesus the healer always compassionate, caring and concerned about the wellbeing of others; He healed people of their diseases and the bad effects of their lives, their ailments, mental, emotional and/or physical conditions. What he did was out in the open and when others saw how he ministered to those in need, they believed and made the decision to become followers, by embracing his teachings.
Jesus the Preacher, Teacher and Healer provides all we need in this life, so why do we worry about the material aspect of our lives. He lets us know that he is always present and watching over each of us as we journey through life; Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow , for tomorrow will worry about its own things (Matthew 6:34). We have an advocate to make our request known, one who does not judge or criticize. He patiently waits and expects us to call him in times of distress as well as peace; he is the Preacher, Teacher and Healer of our weary hearts.
Let today be a day you embrace life and look to the hills from where “all” your help comes; allow your heart to be filled with praise and thanksgiving, prepare yourself for the battle, it all belongs to God. “REMOVE THE RESTRAINTS FROM YOUR MIND AND BE FILLED WITH KNOWLEDGE WISDOM AND POWER!”
Thank you for visiting and studying with us. We love you and appreciate you, for we all have been called by Jesus to GO and make disciples. Therefore, our mission is to help make that possible. The work you do in your own ministries provides avenues for those who are seeking the truth, and when we join together, we provide powerful forces to help spread the gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world. May His grace and mercy be with you now and into all eternity, in Jesus name, Amen!
