THE UNTAMABLE TONGUE; BEHAVIOR AND CHRISTIAN CONDUCT defines your character, who you are in a worldly sense, as well as spiritual. “The fruit of righteousness is sown by those who make peace” (James 3:18; NKJV). We should all make it a mission in our lives to help bring about harmony and peace among one another. Jesus has instructed us and made known the true value of “Love” which without we cannot please him.
“The tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity; so set among our members that it defiles the whole body and sets on fire the course of nature and it is set on fire by hell” (James 3:6). You bless God and say how much you love him yet without hesitation or reservation you cruse and devour one another; my brothers and sisters, it’s not of God. Jesus taught and preached love; genuine love for one another, the kind of love we all should allow to mold and shape our lives. THE UNTAMABLE TONGUE; BEHAVIOR AND CHRISTIAN CONDUCT goes hand and hand with how we choose to embrace his teachings and one another.
Christian conduct is always under scrutiny by non-believers as well as believers; therefore, you must present your bodies holy and acceptable before God. Giving God reverence and allowing him to dwell in and work through you, opens the doors of your heart to experience the beauty of not harboring hate and resentment, because you think before words of expression flow from your lips. “Carefully build yourselves up in the holiest faith by praying in the Holy Spirit, staying right at the center of God’s love”… (Jude 1:20; MGS); keep at the forefront of your minds that THE UNTAMABLE TONGUE; BEHAVIOR AND CHRISTIAN CONDUCT you display can have lasting effects on the lives of those you encounter; therefore, do all things with love and respect.
Meditate on these words; “Let my prayer be set before you…set a guard , O Lord over my mouth; keep watch over the door of my lips” (Psalm 141:2-3; NKJV) because THE UNTAMABLE TONGUE; BEHAVIOR AND CHRISTIAN CONDUCT can build up or tear down.
