ALWAYS BEING THANKFUL FOR GOD’S PRESENCE IN YOUR LIFE
WHEN THE DEVIL ECHOS NO, GOD SAYS YES:
WRITTEN BY SHIRLEY RHODES:
WHEN THE DEVIL ECHOS NO, GOD SAYS YES: rely on me to take control of your life and circumstance. Never accept a spirit of defeat because it’s only the tip of the iceberg for what God has in store for you. Through his loving compassion of grace and mercy he will never allow you to wonder alone. When trials come your way, lift up your head; embrace the one who is the source of all things. There may be times in your life you lose material possessions, take heart; it is the beginning of even greater things set aside for you by God. “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in heavenly places in Christ”… (Ephesians: 1:3; NKJV).
In the game “tug of war” each teams’ goal is to win, so they strongly compete and endure until one or the other is victorious. Life can be the same way; just as you think one problem is solved another one materialize, the enemy is watching and waiting in hopes that you will surrender, give up; don’t, for the battle is the Lord’s. “Though an army may encamp against me, my heart shall not fear, though war may rise against me, in this will I be confident” (Psalm 27: 3), just know that your break-through is on the way; WHEN THE DEVIL ECHOS NO GOD SAYS YES.
One of the greatest gifts you can give some-one who need encouragement is to allow your light to shine brightly even when faced with obstacles in your life. Each battle overcome is one that’s won, victory is the reward. We often may have to readjust our thinking, our way of approaching any challenge and know that all things belong to God; “You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power; for you created all things and by your will they exist and were created” (Revelation 4: 11; NKJV). Oh what joy and peace we are blessed to share for we know that WHEN THE DEVIL ECHOS NO GOD SAYS YES my child.
