1000 POST IN THE YEAR OF THE LORD’S FAVOR
Today is the beginning of a very special day for the VABWM. It marks our 1000th post since the beginning of this Ministry. We thank the Lord our God for showing us favor, we thank each one of you for standing with us through our many trials. You have been and continue to be our source of strength and encouragement. What you provided to this Ministry from the beginning and still provide even more now with your likes, comments and sharing cannot be measured in mere words along. For you truly are a blessing to our souls daily as you come forth to read, study and delivery these messages into the world so that those who are lost in Jesus Christ and need to be lifted up have the same opportunity as us Believers who are reaching out. We owe each one of you a debt of gratitude. I am truly humble by the awesome numbers that we are generating because of your participation. Right now we have reached over 90,000 readers with more than 22,000 comments, and the numbers continue to climb daily.
For you our fellow Bloggers who pay a special visit to us daily and have nominated us for many Awards we appreciate you and thank you for making us a part of your daily visits.
For you our many readers from all around the world who come to read and study with us daily, thank you for making this ministry your source for study and daily reading.
For our many Disciples who have partnered with us and use this Ministry as your very own to take the gospel into the hills and mountains and share it with those who have little to no other resource other than what they get from you here. You have been relentless in pursuing the necessary info to provide strength, comfort and healing to those who have not known Christ, but now you have found new ways of reaching them and bringing them into eternal life, we thank you for all that you do daily in your walk with the Lord.
The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn; to grant to those who mourn in Zion—to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit; that they may be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he may be glorified. They shall build up the ancient ruins; they shall raise up the former devastations; they shall repair the ruined cities, the devastations of many generations, strangers shall stand and tend your flocks; foreigners shall be your plowmen and vinedressers; but you shall be called the priests of the Lord; they shall speak of you as the ministers of our God; you shall eat the wealth of the nations, and in their glory you shall boast. (Isaiah 61:1-6 ESV)
Now may the blessings and peace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ continue to rest and abide in each of you as you look forward with great hope to your daily presents with the one who can do all things but fail.
