FAITH WILL KEEP YOU CONNECTED TO THE SOURCE OF POWER
LIGHT IS VISIBLE BEYOUND THE DARKNESS, THE UNKNOWN:
WRITTEN BY SHIRLEY RHODES:
Light is seen as brightness, you’re able to travel and move about without fear of stumbling or falling. Light is a source of life, without it those things that grow in darkness will soon die. It is important to understand that as we journey through life there may be times it seems like darkness surrounds us; knowing that LIGHT IS VISIBLE BEYOUND THE DARKNESS, THE UNKNOWN; freeing our thoughts, we will find the path that leads toward the light source. Light is like a magnet, a force that pulls into it, how well acquainted are you with the true light, the source which is Jesus Christ?
As a reminder, LIGHT IS VISIBLE BEYOUND THE DARKNESS, THE UNKNOWN; remember that your greatest treasures in life is in the deepest places in your heart, guard it well. When we face darkness we place ourselves at the mercy of the evil one, who lingers only in an attempt to defeat us. There are times in life we are confronted with struggles and we reside within ourselves that this is the best life is going to get; we become complacent and surrender to the darkness while the light source is eager to move us to a better place. Why surrender your passion and power to defeat when you are designed by God, equipped with purpose and power to overcome obstacles in life?
God gives us wisdom, knowledge, strength and understanding, LIGHT IS VISIBLE BEYOUND THE DARKNESS, THE UNKNOWN. Paul penned these words; “But you, brethren, are not in darkness… (5) You are all sons of light and sons of day. We are neither of the night nor of darkness (6) therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. (8) …putting on the breastplate of faith and love, as a helmet the hope of salvation (16) rejoice always, (17) pray without ceasing (18) in everything give thanks for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you” (1 Thessalonians 5:1-18).
LIGHT IS VIVIBLE BEYOUND THE DARKNESS, THE UNKNOWN, so in our struggles, we must remain diligent and refuse to allow life circumstances to overwhelm us, everything we need is in Christ. “For he satisfies the longing soul and fills the hungry soul with goodness” (Psalm 107:9 NKJV); don’t allow dark moments in life to rob you of your strength and vitality. Center yourself in the Lord and look straight ahead, focused on your time and destination, for it is the will of God.
